From the start, I was assigned a project manager that oversaw everything from start to finish. The work was all handled promptly and efficiently and was all very high quality. 3-4 months after the project was complete, I noticed a leak in the area that originally spawned the project. Landrieu Bros. sent someone ought to check on the problem and resealed a vent and solved the leak (no charge). Excellent and prompt customer service with obvious pride demonstrated by all the employees of Landrieu Bros. throughout the process.
Description of Work: I had the tin roof on my garage repaired, siding replaced, water damaged studs and structure replaced, a sink installed in the garage, and a set of double doors installed on the garage.

A man came to do the estimate and took measurements and then came in to discuss them. He was very much a salesman--he was elusive about answering our questions about how he came up with the price, pretended he was giving us a deal. He quoted us $3,444, but if we scheduled it right away would give us $2,583. I asked him what's the latest we could call to still get this price and he said "Before I leave." He continued to be pushy, and when we asked to write down the measurements he had taken he snatched the sheet away and told us the best price is one we could afford. My husband and I both found him to be pushy and unprofessional. We called a different company (Brehm's) for an estimate the next day, which was $1,596, and the woman simply took the measurements, based her estimate on them, left me a copy of all the information, and told me to call if we wanted to go through with it.
Description of Work: We got an estimate from them about putting gutters on our house.

It took several months for David and his ever-revolving crews of migrant workers to complete my very simple job, and it was done poorly. Among other things, they got white paint on a new dark carpet, installed a window sill that was an inch higher at one end than the other, and installed windows so poorly that they had to be reset. He would repeatedly no-show when I had taken off work to be home, or call and cancel at the last minute. Eventually, after I badgered him enough, they did fix the windowsill and reset one of the windows. However, he received payment from my condo association for other work which he never actually completed, and then stopped returning their phone calls; they are now pursuing legal action against him. Run, don't walk, away from this one.
Description of Work: David Landrieu and his company were hired by my condo association to perform several storm-related and other repairs. In my house they put up Sheetrock and installed three sets of windows.
