He never sent a bid or followed up.
Description of Work: I spoke with Tommie indepth. He talked a good game and promised to provide me a bid but never did. The only thing he did do is tell me that the contractor I worked with he did not have a good experience

Tommy and his team member Thomas were punctual, professional, and friendly. They connected televisions both in the bedroom and the family room, efficiently running the wires through the walls and also from the attic. We were interested in installing surround sound in the family room but Tommy recommended replacing several in-ceiling speakers with those of higher quality. This eliminated the need for a major disturbance of our physical structure and the possibility of running into unforeseen construction complications, since the house was completed when we moved in. His concerns were justified and the recommended option resulted in a wonderful sound quality. We had several high-quality external speakers that were used for our bedroom television. This works quite fine and makes the viewing more pleasurable. We are pleased with J-TEK's quality of work and highly recommend them for your electronic needs.
Description of Work: Jtek Customs mounted 2-flatscreen televisions in our home, including replacing three in-ceiling speakers.
