Good communication

This company took longer than expected to begin my project. I was informed that my project was 4 weeks out when I signed the contract. However, the job wasn?t started until 9 weeks later. After starting the job, it wasn?t completed until 4 weeks later. I was initially informed that the job would take no more than 3-5 days to complete since it was just a sliding gate that needed to be installed. After completion the gate wobbled when opening on the track which they said was normal. However, the paint job was poor. Clumps of paint was left unfinished which made the overall presentation look poor. I was informed that someone would return to fix the paint job within 2 weeks, but they never returned. If you want complete transparency and honesty then don?t go with this company. You will wait a long time for service and only get a half done job.

The fence that was put up was good, but they covered up my water main and then are poor to show up on time. Not impressed with communication at all.

This company communication leaves much to be desired. The fence was installed after waiting two weeks after my down payment, but I can live with that. However the color on the fence is horrible uneven and some portions not stained. My fence was completed Sept 16. I advised them of the colored issued and they still have not come to make the correction. I have called and sent an email. It is annoying because I thought that going through a company like Home Advisor I would avoid this kinds of problems. The second part of my yard project is on hold until the fence is completed. I cannot build a retaining wall and add the plants until the fence is complete.

Beautiful work. Great communication explaining all the small details. The absolute best price quoted and We are so happy we chose Hurricane Fence Co. The workers are very polite, courteous, and On Time! They cleaned up all of the debris when they were done. Our yard looks so beautiful now with the new fence. 5 Stars!

Great work for the price

The lady who sold the job doesn&#39t call back right away. They say they're coming and they don't show up. This happened 4 times. Instead of telling me they are behind with their jobs they lie about coming. When they show up the installers do a good job. They need to tell the truth about when they are coming.

Employees were very professional and possessed excellent workmen skills. They completed their assignments in a timely manner and insured a complete job.

It took little bit longer to complete project from contract signing than I thought but they did good job.

Contracted for cedar boards please be sure they are what you are paying for and at this point I don't have any confidence in their word or their commitment to handle problems.
