They replaced front brakes on our 2007 Toyota Sienna. We get all of our auto work done at GT on our Toyota and on our Honda CRV. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and considerate of customer input. They never do anything without calling us first. They are the most honest automotive shop you can find. They won't do work that you don't need.

I had my car towed to GT Automotive after speaking with them about replacing my rack and pin on a Jaguar 2003 x-type. They said no problem, also told me they would get it up on the the rack and start right away. I told them to call me as soon as they had a ball park figure for the job. One week and a half later I finally call them and they told me they couldn't replace the rack and they didn't have to ability to do that type of job. When I asked why I was told they could and why no one contacted me they replied they forgot and somebody went on vacation. ???? Terrible place.

These folks are always quick, thorough, and go the extra mile. I tell them I'm going out of town and they give my car a thorough going over. We've used them for years and they've done major and minor repairs for us. We are always pleased. If there's a problem, they will make it right. Polite, professional, honest and very personable. Highly recommended. I know they are honest and trustworthy. Even will give you a ride home!

It is a bad place to go get your car fixed. I had a bad experience and I spent $1200 to get my air-conditioner fixed. I went out again and it was still under warranty but my warranty ran out. They claimed and fixed it again but it went out again. So my warranty is out and the guy told me it was because of my dashboard. They should have found my problem and now he tells me that the evaporator was leaking. So when they had the dashboard pulled out about six months ago checked it and they told I had to give them another $800 but I refused to give them. I would like to tell people that it is a rip off. They recharged the air-condition and filled in my air-condition with totally out of Freon as it started to do what it wasn’t doing before like blowing hard air and two of them were not blowing air at all and that was the original why I wanted to repair. Then they told that there was a leak in the evaporator. They were supposed to check that when they had the whole dashboard apart and I paid him $1200. They don’t do good work and they overcharge you. They didn’t know what they are doing. They were punctual in taking my car and gave the car when they said they would and gave it to me on time. I would never go back to get my car fixed there again.
