After the initial consultation, Marcio came out with shingle selections and we chose the color we wanted. He began work the very next day, turned up on time each day, completed the project on time and cleaned up afterwards. He even straightened our roof vent so that it would work properly. We were very impressed by his work ethic and would not hesitate to recomend him.

It turned out fine. They probably had a few ahead of me, so it took them more than a week to get to me, but they got here, they came in, they did their job, they cleaned up and every time I was satisfied. There was an additional cost because my square footage was greater than the 2000, they said it was 2000 sq. ft for the deal, and I was a little bit over that. I also had some of the terracotta tiles at the peaks of the roof, I was missing some of them and they got them for me, added it on and charged me for it, and everything is fine. They finished last week, and it took them four days to finish. Everything was great, I have no complaints. They were on time, they were here everyday.

Mr. Grasso contacted me promptly to set up the Big Deal appointment, and showed up on time. He was very thorough, and patiently answered all my questions throughout the inspection - inside, in the attic, and on the exterior of the house. He provided an estimate for the recommended work, which I found reasonable, and showed up when he said he would to do it. He was very respectful of the property, cleaning up all the debris and moving the extra tiles for me, sweet to my cat who was curious about it all, and again very patient with my questions and concerns. I anticipate hiring him for a second job when he has the time, as he is going to help flood victims for a while.

The repairman came out and was very polite. He climbed on my roof and inspected the entire roof, nailing down a few shingles that needed to be fastened properly. He climbed on the shed roof which is over the dining area in the rear of the house and did the same thing. He did his work in a very professional manner and reported that the roof was secure and needed no further repairs at this time.

After over three weeks, no one has contacted me to schedule an appointment. Will request refund.

He contacted me the next day and came on the first day I gave to come. He came to fix the roof the first day it wasn't raining hard and the price was reasonable. Was pleasant, came when he said and at the time he aid. Will use hi again if I need someone and would tell others to use him

Grasso said none of the repairs were covered and it would be an additional $350 to make them. He said that only the inspection and things like caulking were covered. We needed a few individual shingles replaced and we have the shingles to do it. So this was a complete waste of time and money for us. There were some vent pipes that had to be replaced,too, and I understand why that wasn't covered but I think replacing a few shingles was a minor repair.

My home is 1500 sq feet. I purchased the painter for a day deal. I had to pay an additional $250 to get all the trim painted. The deal only covered one coat of paint for the trim on the front of the home. I purchased my own paint. They did a great job and the house looks fresh.

I had to re-schedule once because of weather, but Mr. Grasso showed up right on time. He checked in the attic for leaks and damage (there was none), then went up on the roof and patched some spots where the sealant was cracking, and reinforced the flashing around a couple of chimneys. He showed me before and after pictures so I could see what he did, which gave me confidence that the work was done well since I can't get up on the roof to check it out myself! It took less than an hour, and Mr. Grasso was very professional. I would definitely use him again.

The gentleman that came out was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions, and their estimate was fair based on other estimates I received. Although I was forced to put the work off for the moment, I would definitely contact them again for work.

Marcio is the best guy to work with, he listens to all of your needs. He will make suggestions (which are good) to make your project better. He also does not rush the estimating process. He is reliable, and takes pride in his work. This is not the first time that that Marcio has done work on my house. He also replaced my roof a couple of weeks ago. He is diligent, and willing to go the extra mile to make you happy.

This project wasn't something I rushed. I took my time and shopped around. Mr. Grasso is very pleasant to do business with and he stayed on top of the work himself to make sure everything was correct. I would like to say he had the best price out there and I would definitely sing his praises and recommend him to everyone. I even told him if he needed me as a reference in the future to give my name and number to anyone. I was so worried about all of this at first but Mr. Grasso has made the whole project a pleasant experience. I am delighted and soooo more than satisfied with the work. Please give this man the opportunity to show you himself.

Marcio the roofer accommodated my 1st service date request. He arrived on time, was very professional & pleasant. He was to the pt with suggested repairs needed and corrected/Repaired problems the same day wasn’t too chatty. Performed quality wk & a fair price, will definitely use again for other needed projects.

Marcio Grasso arrived on time and was knowledgeable and professional. He performed the job contracted for in the Angie's List deal, and then offered to do an additional repair for a spot he identified that was not included in the Angie's List deal. He left and picked up the supplies he needed, and was finished with the entire project within 2 hours of arriving. He showed me the old shingles, and had pictures on his phone. I asked him about repairing some gutters that have a few leaks in them, and he said he doesn't work on that type of (hanging) gutter. I appreciated that since the problems we're having with the gutters are due to someone trying to install them when they didn't actually know how.

When we decided it was time to replace our roof we went on Angie’s list to check on available roofers. After reading Marcio’s excellent reviews, we asked him to meet with us to give us an estimate on replacing our roof. We decided during that meeting that there was no reason to contact anyone else for an additional estimate. To mirror what we read about him on one of his reviews, we found Marcio to be experienced, professional, honest, and fair. He completed the measurements, helped us choose the architectural shingles that best matched our house, and started and completed the job within a few days. Marcio and his team worked non-stop from morning through late afternoon, and we even had to convince them to break for lunch. They were very particular about their work and did an excellent job. We highly recommend Grasso Construction LLC. We were going to hire someone to take care of needed repair work, but since we know the work ethic of Marcio and his team, we have asked them to complete that work as well. Our family gives Grasso Construction an A+ rating.

We had spoken previously, when he had been running a special - the offer was now expired, but he agreed to honor the prices we originally discussed, anyway. He showed up to discuss the roof, walk the job and confirm the details. In every detail he was professional, honest, and fair. He brought us samples of the actual materials to be used, and double checked before he installed that we were happy with the color and choice of materials. He used the highest grades of materials....felt...down to the nails that he chose, and took care to get special ones that were a little shorter for the eaves, so that, (unlike the previous roofers) they wouldn't show through underneath. Great attention to detail. When he said he would arrive each day, he was there a few minutes early.. His crew was respectful of our home, and cleaned up all of the debris and trash. They swept the entire site with a magnet to be sure no nails were left around. We hit a large storm - the carpenters working ahead of Marcio took longer than they said they would - causing Marcio delays. He was patient and understanding about it - though it probably cost him some money. Marcio came to our house, across the lake, during the thunderstorm...on a Sunday, to secure the roof and make sure that we didn't have leaks. His area that his crew had been working on didn't leak - the way the carpenters left things , however, were a mess - and he helped us seal that too, The finished product is beautiful and will, undoubtedly last long after we're long gone! It's a gorgeous roof. I have been a general contractor for years, myself, and my husband has built many houses. We would highly recommend Maurcio and his crew without reservation, and we will use them again, any chance we get.

They painted three rooms at the house, which were the living room, one of the bedrooms and the kitchen, they took only two days to finish everything. Marcio and his crew did a great job at the house, they are very professional and responsible. The price was a very reasonable, I would highly recommend it to anyone.

He was reasonably priced courteous, often held helpers, sometimes jobs took longer than expected.
