Something had been eaten away so he went to the specialty store that sells what was needed to repair, came back and fixed it all on the same day. Additional charge for materials/labor was reasonable.

Great. He spent a lot of time and even used my blower to remove leaves from roof. He has a positive attitude.

I highly recommend Grasso Construction. The owner of the company, Marcio Grasso, has an excellent work ethic shown in his work and his communication. The owner of the company does his own work. He explained the reasons why the old roof was incorrectly done, and why it needed to be replaced. He explained each step of replacing the roof, the process, the materials used, and reasons for it. He provided manufacturers' labels off each material used. He gave a 10 year parts and labor warranty.

Inspection completed with photos to show areas needing repair. Repairs were made with confirmation pix to show completed repairs W/ appropriate explanation of each repair shown on his tablet. Roofer was friendly, courteous and professional.

I would recommend this company to anyone! The owner was personable, knowledgeable, and took care of my roof with absolutely no trouble. He even matched the replacement shingles perfectly to the roof.

It was not so good. I talked to them before they came out and I explained to them that I wanted to supplement the big deal with some very minor roof repairs, replacing three or four shingles that were torn off in one of our storms. They said they would do that. We said just charge us a little more if you need to I don't mind. They said we'll see how much it is and we'll figure out if we need to or not and we'll get back to you. They just did the work that was on the deal and they didn't fix the shingles at all. And when I talked to them about why they didn't fix the shingles they said they didn't have time. So I had to get another roofer and pay for another roofer to mobilize to get the roof done rather than have them do it in the course of being up there anyway. So it was not a very good experience. If you don't mind paying for something you didn't need; I wanted them to do the shingles. That was the most important thing. The caulking around the penetrations was something I get done every year anyway and so I didn't really need it. I just took advantage of it because it sounded like a good deal to get someone on the roof and have them do that. The price was okay for what they did. I would never use this provider again.

After a heavy rain storm, I noticed a handful of leaks throughout our attic and immediately called Grasso. They came out next day when it was dry and spent a couple hours fixing the loose shingles. Will absolutely hire Grasso Construction again.

The new roof was installed in a short time even with rain issues. Guys worked real hard and did great work.

Mr Grasso completed the work professionally and in excellent manner with clean cut in lines and no mess. He was very friendly and courteous on arrival.

Very satisfied with service provided by Marcio. Great value and service that could locate issues with roof that may be much more costly if undetected before symptoms begin to show. Marcio explained and corrected minor problems to prevent leaks and was both courteous and respectful.

Excellent, Marcio was great and I couldn't ask for a better experience. He performed the package just as advertised, fixing minor leaks, re-caulking flashings, etc. Marcio was honest in his assessment and I felt he was not trying to upsell or sell me services not needed. I will definitely use him again for future needs. He was very responsive and 10 minutes early. Showed willingness to work with your schedule above and beyond expectations. Marcio was professional and demonstrated expert knowledge from experience.

The painting job was excellent! Mr. Grasso arrived on time each day, he did a great job, and his prices were very fair. He was open to suggestions and offered advice on color choices and patterns which was a huge help. In the end, my wife and I were very pleased with his work and the house looks beautiful and brand new again. Mr. Grasso is a really great guy and very respectful. I highly recommend him for any painting job. I would most definitely hire him again!!! Thank you again for all your hard work Mr. Grasso!!!

This is the most professional roofing company/contracting company that we have ever encountered. They did an excellent job and were extremely neat! The job took a few days and every single day, before Marcio and his men left, they cleaned up. It was nice to not have to worry about nails or shingles all over our yard. There's no need to look any further. The pricing is fair and work cannot be beat. Highly recommend.

Marcio arrived with his crew. Work was performed timely. Quality of work is excellent. I was impressed with Marcios quick response. When shingles were removed damaged shingles we immediately picked up nothing stayed on the ground. This is rare especially with roofing debris. I would recommend Grasso without reservations.
