 + -1 moreBrought in because keyboard for a VAIO laptop that was not functioning properly. $250 dollar repair later and the computer is returned with assurances of success. The keyboard reacts the same. My wife calls Best Buy Geek Squad Metarie, and after not getting any where for a solution to the computer not working, the BB phone rep suggest the NUM LOC key and, low and behold, it works. When we tried to follow up with the fact that the same problem was fixed by the tapping of a key, the real evading of responsibility began.
Description of Work: Paid to have keyboard replaced on a VAIO laptop.

 + -1 moreGeek squad is in best buy (would not rec best buy), but this repair service is the best. Absolutely know what they are doing. They rid my lap top of a virus. On another occasion they helped me trouble shoot a problem on line by taking over my computer completely and fixing it right then and there.
Description of Work: Geek squad has come to my home and completely set up a computer bought at best buy and they have come to rid my computer of viruses both by coming to my house and doing it online on separate occasions.
