Arrived promptly, workers professional, cleaned up after work was done. Repaired drains stopped up for some time. Workers were pleasant and informative. Final price was below estimate. I was quoted over $750 to complete work by previous plumber. I was very satisfied

They came this afternoon, dug the yard, found the pipe and fixed it in about a half hour. The price, $178, was less than the original quote. They cleaned up after their work and were gone in a flash. I was surprised that we came to the top of the list so quickly since we were late in calling (at least a day or two after the freezes) and there had to have been a multitude of calls because of burst pipes.

Excellent service. After sewer water began backing up into my tub, I knew I had a man line clog that would require professional service. I called first thing Monday morning. Operator was very polite and assured I would receive service that day. Due to a midmorning appointment I had, she requested I contact them after I was finished in case my appointment ran long. I called at 11:15a and was told there was one additional call ahead of me. The operator called at 12:40 to let me know the technicians were on their way. Technicians arrived 20 minutes later and began work promptly. Technicians were very polite and kind enough to answer my numerous questions. Clog was cleared in about 20 minutes, the technicians cleaned up their area and promptly presented a receipt and took payment. Charge was $150, but $120 after Angie's list discount. I was back to my errands by 2pm. Will definitely call again!

I cannot say enough about the professionalism of this company and it's employees. They are neat, professional, proficient, knowledgable, caring and considerate. They were punctual! Took extra care in working around my concrete border edging and garden light system so as to cause no damage to them.. The price was fair and the work scheduled quickly. I highly recommend Earl's Plumbing. They are an A+ company in my opinion!

It was complicated but everything was okay. They don’t warrant the work that they do. I was very pleased with the staff. They did explain that their work wasn’t warranted. They cleaned up the area after the work was done.

Modern equipment, kept me involved in process - showing progress of video, pointing out trouble areas. Marked location of blockages, and parish cleanout. Appointment availability excellent, techniciains neat, proficient, professional, and helpful. Arrival time as stated. Dispatcher called in advance of their arrival. Will use Earl's to replace blocked sewer main, excavate and replace terracota pipe to plastic (code), install two-way main cleanout at ground level, and raise parish cleanout to ground level. Refill & pack excavated soil and sod. Completely satisfied with exceptional service, thus far rendered.

I received a message from my tenants saying they had no hot water while I was on a trip in Europe. I knew I would not be back for another week and did not want my tenants to be without water for so long, so I told them to contact Earls Plumbing and Heating since I had used them on a previous occasion and had been very satisfied with their service. I figured we might have to change the tankless water heater we had in the house because I had been made aware about a couple of years ago that it had problems and would soon need to be replaced. Kevin went to inspect the water heater and immediately after I received a message from Michelle letting me know that indeed the water heater needed to be changed and that the cost would be $2,800. Even though I had been prepared, I thought it was too much even for a tankless water heater and Michelle offered to put me in contact with Kevin so he could explain the problem. I managed to talk to Kevin even from Europe and he explained that the cost was so high because they could not replace the water heater in the attic because there was no exhaust and therefore it wasn't up to code. He said they would either have to have a roofer make an exhaust exit or they could instead mount the water heater externally on the side of the house. Having to reposition the water heater and cap off the gas line for the old one was what made the estimate so costly. I had no way to compare costs since I did not want to waste more time getting another estimate from somebody else, so I told him to go ahead and schedule the job. They got in touch with my tenants and coordinated with them to schedule the replacement. Throughout this all process Michelle kept me updated on what was going on, but unfortunately on the scheduled day, she called me saying that they were replacing the water heater at the house, but that they need an electrician to put in a new outlet. I told her my trusted electrician would probably not be available with such short notice and she told me that they had an electrician who could do the job but it would cost $100/$150 more. I agreed even though I was pretty upset because I thought the estimate was for the completed job and having to pay more for an electrician that was sprang on me at the last minute did not sit well with me, even though I understood that communicating from afar might have made things more difficult. The day after I received a charge for $2,950 on my card for the job done. I contacted Michelle and I let her know that I was not happy about the extra charge for the electrician. She was very nice and understanding and with exceptional customer service offered to not make me pay for another job they had done on a leaking toilette for which they had billed me $165. Bottom line, this is a very reliable and professional company. I don't live in New Orleans and they always manage to fix plumbing problems at my property even though I'm hundreds of miles away. They take care to explain what needs to be done and they might not be the cheapest plumbers around, but they are certainly worth it for their outstanding customer service. I definitely recommend them and will continue to use them and trust them.

Mr Larry was very professional and explained everything. He persevered to fix things right even when the initial install (done by someone else ) was done poorly and needed modifications to prevent similar damage in future.

When I questioned the decision to sell me a new hot water heater; when the one I had was working - the gentleman got indigent and said he had never been so insulted in his 10 plus years plus of doing this business. I answered, well, I am 69 years old and I have never been told to replace a working hot water heater. So, he left in a huff.

Very professional, friendly, and punctual; the gentleman who did the work and the ladies on the phone! You have now earned my future business and have stolen me from another highly rated Angie's List company I normally use. Thanks for the great experience!

Service providers were professional and pleasant and on time. I had a plumbing leak which was difficult to diagnose. The first time around, I thought it was probably the toilet, which had become unseated. They reseated the toilet. This did not resolve the leak, so they returned the next day and did extensive additional checking - including bringing a second provider with special equipment which was able to check for leaks in plumbing UNDER the house - and eventually traced the leak to the hot water heater (which was 20 years old). Replaced it and all was good to go. What impressed me was that, when they failed to diagnose the leak the first time, they came back immediately (within 24 hours) and provided extensive extra diagnostic services at no extra charge. It was clear they were determined to correct the problem and give satisfaction and they did. I will definitely use them in future. Sorry it took me this long to get around to writing the review.

The service from Earl's could not have been better. After being faced with what seemed like an insurmountable clog we knew we had to call in the pros. I called Earl's in the morning and by that afternoon there was no sign a clog had ever existed. Sean and his partner showed up, got to work, and were out of there in 15 minutes, leaving our days of clogged sinks feeling like a distant memory. We will definitely be utilizing their services again, thanks!

Earls verified my appointment, made a schedule change because of my schedule with no cost. Both employees ( Jesse and Shane) arrived earlier than expected. Completed the job fast and professionally. Both employees should be considered an asset to company. They both spoke on the value of Angie's list and told me about the discount I didn't know about and applied it to Bill. Would use Earls again and would recommend to all my neighbors and friends. THIS IS THE REASON I USE ANGIES LIST, no hassle, best value,and professional work.

I called on a Friday and was given availability on a Monday to repair my garbage disposal. I would have preferred to be given a time frame for the service to have someone home, but the 20-30 minute notice worked well enough. We had to replace the garbage disposal, but the service was done professionally and completed quickly. I recommend Earl's and would use them again.

We have used Earl's repeatedly and cannot recommend them highly enough. They are very responsive when you call for service, prompt in their work (always finish on time) and I think that for the quality of the work their pricing is very fair.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any type of plumbing work done. They were professional, very reasonably priced and they got someone out to do the repairs within a few hours. What really impressed me was that they actually called me the following day to check on the repairs and to make sure everything was okay. They not only do an awesome job, they are reasonably priced and their customer service is second to none!!!!! The person I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and understanding (I was freaking out!!!) and the gentlemen that did the repairs were friendly and very professional. This company made what otherwise would have been an AWFUL Monday a very pleasant one due to their reasonable price and great service.

Contacted Earls when granite countertop installers disconnected my sinks to install the granite and then told me that I needed a plumber to reconnect everything. I contacted Earls and they had someone at my house that afternoon. Larry was great, took the time to not only connect everything but it worked better than before.

This is the second time I have used Earl?s plumbing and I am happy to say that they are still the best upstanding and honest company I have had the pleasure to deal with. 1) I thought I needed the bottom of my faucet on the kitchen sink resealed as it completely separated from granite and sometimes water gets in cabinet below. 2)For cosmetic reasons I also requested for the top insert of the sink drain and disposal top insert drain be resealed as it had either dissolved or corroded but not leaking but was black and looked awful. What Larry found out was that the Construction crew who remodeled my kitchen put the handle on the sink and the 2 inserts for the sinks in not only wrong but in the worst way, upside down and some things were not even tightened. Water could have flowed all over and I was very blessed it didn?t in these last 3 years! The screw and bolt was rusted together that attached the faucet to the counter top. It was leaking for quite awhile and was a mess. I did not realize they had put the two seals were opposite of where they should be which made it higher than it should be and when the putty they put in was gone around the circle it created a crevasse for water to stand in and not drain. This created a black circle that no matter how much baking soda I used it would not get the black out. Ugh I didn?t realize my faucet was leaking and not from the water getting underneath from splashing as I had suspected. Really takes a pro to educate you! He showed it all to me so I would understand. Not many people care to share their knowledge with you these days. I also received the 30.00 credit for being on Angie's list. To be honest I didn't care how much it cost as I was so thankful this is done right . I want my house in order when I sell it next year. I cannot thank this company enough for hiring people like Larry who actually know what they are doing!!!!!!!! Bless you all!!

Reached company around 8:30 am. By noon, heater was installed and plumbers were gone. I am well pleased by their promptness and professionalism. Employees were neat, well mannered and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Work area was left cleaner than it was when they got here. I am well pleased with this company.

Problem 1: Last year I had my master bath remodeled and the faucet I bought did not have a drain stopper attachment, which I did not realize when I ordered it off the internet. The plumber I had hired at that time put in a drain that had holes only. The sink would hold water when running and sometimes it would drain right away and other times would not drain for a minute or so. Problem 1: My toilet was off from the caulk so would move so not stable. I am selling my home next year so had it inspected so I could get all fixed before the selling time. The Home Inspector I hired stated I would need both items taken care of before I sold my home. I contacted Earls Plumbing and Heating Inc and they responded right away and were out here on the date we agreed. They gave me a call when they got to the office and were able to come earlier than expected. This was a real nice surprise because I am up early. They were very friendly and knowledgeable! They took pride in their work and accomplishments. They were honest, upfront and very respectful. Not only will I be using them until my home is sold but I will certainly recommend them to the new owners! Great plumbers are hard to find so to be fair I just have to pass them on others. Thanks guys for a job not only well done but beyond what I ever expected!

We thought we had a broken pipe due to roaches coming into bathroom shower but after they came out and did a thorough examination of the pipes with video inspection, we were pleasantly surprised to learn it was just due to lack of usage in that shower. The technicians were friendly and on time. They expa,pled everything in denial, even left us with a DVd of the entire inspection.

The whole process went great! My adult daughter handled this while I was serving jury duty, so I did not actually meet Bob & Leroy but she said they were very nice and professional. Obviously, they know their trade! Bob & Leroy snaked the clean out line and determined it was a city (NOLA) problem. They advised us to call S&WB to 'clean out' their part of the line. We did and everything now works great. Bob & Leroy also checked out the lack of water pressure to my kitchen faucet. It's been that way since 2006 (post Katrina), but other plumbers never could figure it out. B&L determined the pressure was fine (my daughter saw it with her own eyes); it was the faucet causing the problem (one of those nice looking modern faucets...I think it was a Moen). B&L said that we would continue to have problems until a new faucet was purchased. They suggested Delta, for a variety of reasons. I purchased a new Delta faucet (four part) at Lowe's last night, and my daughter ended up installing it (she's amazing). I had already scheduled an appointment for Earl's to come back to do the installation but called and canceled it this morning. That said, we would not have known it was the actual faucet if Bob & Leroy from Earl's had not come out to do some repairs. I am extremely happy with the service provided and will definitely call them again next time a plumbing problem arises. They're the best! THANKS EARL'S PLUMBING!!!

Bob and Leroy arrived on scheduled time. They did a great job and were very professional. They made sure area was left clean and old parts disposed of. I wolld definitely use this company again.

No complaints. Also did work on another property with excellent results. The office crew is very helpful with filing insurance claims.
