Description of Work: They are wonderful. They come out when they say they will come out, when they do they check everything else as well. If I ever need a plumbing job, they'll come perform and give your diagnostics a check too. In the event that there are other repairs needing to be done, they'll ask if you'd like the repair done and finish it the same day. I will always go with them when any plumbing service is needed.

Description of Work: The technician was asked to repair a leaking garbage disposal. When asked by phone what was the problem, he advised that the disposal did not use a gasket and he used "plumber's goo" to fixed it. When I got home, I found the partial gasket which clearly needed replacement because it was dried out. |He could have used the "goo" as a temporary patch and ordered the gasket. |He also said he replaced some piping which he clearly did not replace and the piping is only 4 years old.

Description of Work: They performed multiple plumbing repairs on a property we purchased recently; repaired leaking toilets x 2 replaced main shut off valve, repaired leaky faucets and shower. Our water bill was astronomical prior to these repairs and now it's 1/8th of what it was.

Description of Work: The office staff was rude every time I spoke to them on the phone, I almost didn't go with them due to this but once the plumber came he was polite and knowledgeable. He fixed my plumbing problem in 20 minutes.

Description of Work: The workman arrived without the necessary tools OR materials. He had to borrow my tools, and I had to go to the hardware store to buy the material (solder). He charged me for two hours work which included the time he spent waiting for me to go buy the material he should have provided.

Description of Work: called to clear a clogged main drain. They attempted to clear and determined that the problem was actually on the city side. Because it was a city problem, they called the city for me and arranged the repair and only charged me $30 for a service call. It doesnt get any better than that.

Description of Work: They came out when they said they would. They couldn't seem to determine what was causing a smell in one of the bathrooms in my house. I still smell it. They did change a toilet in another bathroom I have been wanting to update. This was done quickly and I am very satisfied with the work done in that bathroom.
