Earl's sent out an evaluator at 8:30am. He looked at the problem and said that he'd get someone out in the afternoon. In fact, they had two plumbers on the scene by 10am--Rafael and his assistant. We had some discussion about thae best--and most cost effective--way to fix the problem. They could have gone with ripping out the floor and replacing the entire cast iron pipe line, but discovered instead that a PVC adaptor would fit and work as well for less than half the cost. They had everything done within an hour and the price--$439--seemed reasonable to me.

It went ok. However, when they tried to fix it, the hole became bigger because the pipes were old, essentially making the problem worse instead of better. They charged us for the job they did and told us how to patch it temporarily and that we would need to have the entire sink replaced to completely fix the problem.

Company called promptly 30 minutes before repairman was to arrive to give us enough time to be ready, fixed the problem and now it's like it was never there. I would definitely call them again. Quick, and great service.

Job went extremely well. Earl's always does a great job We have used them several times and will use them again. Quality work performed by a knowledgeable staff. Office staff is great, too.

This was on a rental property. What they did was come out and did some minor plumbing work. The drain for the kitchen had backed up. Sometimes tenants think that you can just shove anything down the drain, and it was the drain unplug that he took out and they cleaned out and that was it. I had another provider give me an estimate to have a water heater replaced sometime before that, but they were not specific about the estimate. It's a scheduling situation, making yourself available over there to have them effect the repairs. Earl's Plumbing's pricing was in an acceptable range. Actually, the other provider came out and they were $25 higher. They came at the time they said they would be there. One person came out to complete the service, he cleaned up after himself, and it took him not quite 30 minutes, maybe. It was pretty fast; he took the thing off, he put one of those things in it, he pulled the stuff out, and that was it.

Installation went as expected and billed as estimated. Faucets look good and are working well. Randy, the plumber was professional and friendly.

They were good. Everything fell to plan. They came when they were supposed to, they did the job. We are out in the middle of no where and the business we used to use has went out of business, so now all of our plumbing work comes from 30 to 40 miles away. The skill set of the person who came out. They were relatively young, so you know it's not like it was a 20 year guy. But you have to be young once. I have another problem and I will be calling them again soon.

It's a special Kohler premium brand and is 15 years old and harder to service. It was badly corroded and tricky to remove and service. They had to go out to find the part and return, replacing both valves for good measure. It was easy to schedule and I appreciated the follow up phone call. Given the amount of time and effort, I feel the price was fair in today's market here in New Orleans.

They had to get the pipes and get the inspector to come out from City Hall to inspect and see if it was okay. They did the faucets, the kitchen, the bathroom, all that stuff. At that time, I was so desperate but I was pleased with the work. They let me know they were on the way when they came. I had no problem.

They had to get copper pipes and the man from the city came to see if everything was okay.

This company was very professional, they were on time and did excellent work. I will definitely contact again for any plumbing problems, and will refer them to family and friends.

I used them a few months ago because my hot water heater busted and sprang a leak. I walked out in my garage to get in my car and I was in water ankle-deep. So, I was not expecting this. I had called someone that I have used in the past and they were out-of-town. It was just an individual as opposed to a big company. I ended up calling Earl’s Plumbing. Even though I had never dealt with them before, they had someone out the same day. They replaced my hot water heater and they had been excellent.

All went well. Professional job done quickly

Once they got to my home, they got on the roof, tested the vent, and cleaned the line. They were quick, efficient, professional, and I would definitely use again!

The plumber found the leak and resolved issue and didn't charge us an arm & leg to come out on a Saturday. We have used them before. Always punctual, professional and very fair. Highly recommend!!!

Quick work finished within 2 hours. At first I was frustrated because it happened on a Sunday before Labor Day. While Earl's replied quickly via facebook message when I inquired about Monday hours, stating to leave a voicemail and they'd get me in on Tuesday, my husband was told they were booked upon calling Tuesday morning and offered a Weds. spot. They ended up calling back and offering to fit us in if we could be home immediately. I appreciated this, as we had no water at all until the repair.

Very well, smoothly and on time. Rafael was very good and he and his team did a wonderful job. He even managed to save me some money from the original quote!

They sent someone who looked at the leak and said that he would get back to me with a quote. He did not. When I called again, bruce said that I needed to talk with Jessie (unclear on spelling) but this person did not call even when I checked back

Very well. I called and they came out the same day. The office staff was very friendly and told me that the plumbers would call me 30 minutes before my appointment. The plumbers called 30 minutes prior to the appointment and were very courteous when they arrived. They immediately diagnosed the problem, made the repair, and all work was performed in 30 minutes. The next day I received a follow up call from Earl's to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the service performed. About a week later, I received a copy of my invoice along with my credit card receipt. I appreciate that a lot. Earl's Plumbing is a very professional and customer service oriented company that I will use for all of my future plumbing needs.

It went very well! They used Ghostbuster technology to find the leak in the cement slab. They were able to repair the leak by threading new pipe through the old pipe by going in one wall and out the other wall. Did not have to dig up the floor! Yay!

Because of their large fleet of trucks and popular name I was reluctant to use them at first simply because I thought they would be expensive. But due to the nature of my problem I figured I needed someone established and went ahead and gave them a call. They troubleshooted my situation with confidance and precision and explained the problem to me that was easy to understand. Long story short, I thought the resolution was going to be much more expensive than it actually was. Thank You Bob and Leroy for your professionalism and honesty . I have another much less emergent plumbing issue that I am soon going to address. I will be sure to call on Earls for that and any other plumbing problem in the future.

This is the third time I have called Earl's Plumbing Co. to help with plumbing. I previously had a sink fixed in the bathroom and a faucet fixed in our kitchen. I went with Earl's Plumbing because I really appreciated how honest, respectful and courteous they all are. I had old plumbing on the side of my house from 1983 installations of water softeners. The pipes had been repaired and reshaped for each new water softener unit throughout the years. They came out the same day I called. Once they got here I asked if they could replace all the pipes and handles as I didn’t like looking at the olds ones as they were ugly now. Of course they would but they needed to buy a part that they were not expecting to replace so they came right after the store opened the next day and I can tell you the end result was much better than I imagined! It looks great! They insulated all the plumbing! I couldn't be happier. My husband came home for lunch and was surprised by how well it looked and easy the handles were to use. So how could you not recommend them!

Earl' plumbing was very responsive to my needs and schedule. Jessie and Matt did a great job. I certainly recommend them and will use them again.

It went wonderfully. They showed up about 20 minutes after I was told they were on the way, and were very quick to both diagnose the problem and come up with a solution. They gave me two options, one more extensive and expensive, and one simpler and cheaper. I went with the simpler solution, which they said was a good idea too. They replaced a line to the toilet that was leaking, and put in a new flapper valve for the toilet too, which had been causing a slow run for a while. Overall, they were done in an hour or less, and I am VERY pleased with their work. I told a contractor friend about the work which had been performed, and the price, and he said that it was good work and a good deal. I would certainly use Earl's again, and recommend them to others.
