They came when they said they would. Two people. They repaired one commode, attempted repair on the other, but could not get to the roof of the house to check the exhaust because it was raining. Inspected the tub/shower and gave estimate on repair/replacement of parts. Came back another day on time and did the rest of the repairs.

There has been something wrong with the pipes under the sink for a while, just a very slow hardly noticeable leak and then sink slowly getting more and more stopped up. Furious plunging did not help nor did any type of drain clearer. Probably my furious plunging actually didslodged the (very old) pipe further and after having had my husband try to fix it which worked great for a week then more drips I finally coated everything in Flex Seal, which did not work at all and I used a whole can of it! Finally broke down and called Earls plumbing Wed 27th March, I had used them before & they were great. Made an appointment for the next day and had a phone call in the morning saying Jesse was on his way. Jesse arrives & does an estimate for $366 & starts work. Unfortunately finds another problem with a connecting pipe behind the dishwasher, shows me exactly whats going on & what needs to be fixed. This added another $75 to the bill which was absolutely fine as he explained that if he had just been called out to fix that particular piece of pipe the charge for labour & materials would have been $250. So, 2 and a half hours later i have a perfectly great sink again. I should also mention that originally when i bought my expensive double sink one side had a basket/strainer that never quite fitted & Jesse replaced those too. Looks like new and couldnt be happier with both the work performed & Jesse himself. thorougly recommended.

I called Earl's plumbing after getting their name from angie's list. Had never used them before. I spoke to Michele, who was very helpful and polite. Told her that out water heater was leaking from the top and bottom. She had someone out within the hour. Kevin and Nathan arrived promptly. They were clean cut young men in uniforms who gave us an estimate which we ok'd. They had a hot water heater on the truck so they started working immediately. By 3 PM we had a new hot water heater. Very happy with their work and will definitely use them again.

I called Monday and they couldn't come until Thursday. But, they communicated very well, called 20 minutes before coming and did great/quick work. They also had a $30 off coupon on Angie's List!

Scheduled appointment that was convenient however they were held up at another job and did not come that day. We had agreed ahead of time that they would call me 30 minutes before arriving so I could leave work and come home. They came the following day, and fixed both problems quickly. Everyone that I dealt with was polite and professional. Price was very reasonable.

The plumbing company was professional on the phone and in person. They arrived promptly. The quality of the work appears to be good so far. The price of the installation/toilet was high in my opinion. Also it would be better if they would provide you with a smaller window for the service to be performed - rather than all day. Required me to take a full day off work for each of the two visits.

Had to reschedule initial appointment at last minute which left me with an unusable kitchen over the weekend, but once the plumber arrived he was very professional and made the repairs very quickly..

It was a very good experience. No near as much trouble and fuss as I expected.

It went very well. The disposal was not chopping well, so I bought a new one. The old disposal was cracked, & I definitely needed a new one. It took about an hour. Two men came and both were very professional. Earl's has done work for me several times & I have been satisfied with them. They are a bit more expensive than some other plumbers, but can usually come when I need them.

Very professional. Very knowledgeable plumbers that get to the root of the issue. They are not just trying to blow up the issue to make more money. I had three different visits from 3 plumbers and they were all fantastic. Clearly Earl's has a culture of quality of service and bringing value for its clients. If you have a plumbing issue in Kenner or Metairie don't look further.

Earl's Plumbing rocks. I have been doing business with them for several years since I moved into my older home. The people in the office are awesome and coordinate with the techs to get you scheduled- whatever the plumbing disaster..They arrive on time and finish quickly. Discussed with Jesse all options. No rush, answered all my questions in very professional and knowledgeable manner, then provided estimate on the option I chose. Jesse then set new tank - result was very professional installation. I was in the heat/air business for 25 years. These guys know what they are doing!!

It went great. A great company. My only, minor, suggestion is that they give an estimate for when the technician would arrive. Other than that, they were great. We now have a reliable plumber and not some j****** fly by night idiot.

The plumbing was fine and the service was fast. I was pleased with the results.

They were fairly prompt, nice, polite, professional, got the work done under warranty and with no complaints.

Due to overrun of a job on their end, the plumber had to reschedule one time, but the rescheduling was for the next day and they showed up promptly at the rescheduled time. Overall, Earl's Plumbings' expertise and workmanship was pretty good, and their price was reasonable and fair. I would recommend this company.

I was extremely pleased with the quality of work as well as the repairmen who handled my issues. I will definitely call on this service again and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing repairs.

It went well. They called before they showed up. Listened to what needed to be done. Went through the cost and procedures for each problem. At the end, they cleaned up and it was like they were never even there. Everything went smoothly and now all toilets are fixed.

They arrived on time and completed the job within 2.5 hours. They were neat, professional and courteous. I was given a detailed description of work done upon completion. It's nice to have hot water again. I only wish I knew about the $30.00 Angie's coupon 'cause every little bit helps.

Called them Christmas eve and they Scheduled an appointment on Wednesday. They called to let us know when they would be there and they were on time. They were very courteous and cleaned our drains expertly. When they uncovered a rusted pipe they explained our options and gave a quote on the spot. Everything was fixed and they returned everything to tip top shape.

We've had other plumbers in the past, but Earl's is so professional, reasonably priced and great service, I wouldn't think of using anyone else. The last plumbers before Earl, I had tell them repeatedly to stop cursing because the neighbors were complaining. Earl's technicians have never made me wait, always arrive same day and get the job done. I'd never use anyone else.

My plumber was like Santa - he went straight to his work, filled my sink with warer after replacing the faulty part ( to check the drain flow ) and turned with a jerk. Then putting his tools back on his belt and giving a nod ...out the door he went. He sprang to his truck, to his phone gave a whistle (he had to let his dispatcher know he was ready for another call), and drove away like the down on a thistle... leaving me a dry floor and a working sink. He called out MERRY CHRISTMAS as he disappeared from sight...MERRY CHRISTMAS to all and to all a dry night.
