They were on time and fast. They were also very nice and professional. They did an ok job.

Both fixtures are modern/complex designs, thus making repairs more tedious. Two technicians showed up on time and successfully performed repair services in under one hour.

Glenn arrived at about 11:15 AM and inquired about the reason for the service call (washing machine discharge water backing up into the kitchen sink). He quickly sized up the situation and started work. When the first attempt to "snake" the drain pipe with the smaller "pistol" type machine didn't seem to work, Glenn didn't hesitate. He went back to the truck and hauled the larger sled-type Duracable machine up onto the roof and ran the larger, longer "snake" cable down through the vent pipe. That worked. Glen had his tools and ladder back on the truck and the service report ready to sign in about 30 minutes. He was back in the truck and ready to roll by 11:45 AM! I have not seen such no-nonsense, focused effort in a long time. This plumber is fast!

I found them on Angie's List. I am satisfied with them every time they come into our house to do plumbing work. They've done a few things for me even before I used Angie's List. They put in a water heater for me. I have a bought a new refrigerator that needed the line connected for ice maker, so they did it. They also took care of my kitchen sink that was dripping, and they would also be doing my commode once the tile and the vanity are all done in the bathroom.

This is quite a long and sordid tale with Earl's plumbing coming in as the hero at the end . . . After 3 sewage backups in 6 months, one of the companies that I had come out to unclog the pipe (Roto-Rooter) sent a camera down the line and pinpointed where the issue was for me. I took it upon myself to break up the sidewalk in the spot and dig to find the break. I didn't hire a plumber right away because it was unclear if it was my responsibility or a city issue. In New Orleans, to get the Sewerage and Water Board to your property, you must have your drain clean out exposed. Unfortunately, mine was hidden somewhere beneath the sidewalk or (as it turned out) my brick and concrete front porch. In digging to find the clean out and/or the problematic spot in the line, I found a total break in the sewage line on the city side. Unfortunately, I also discovered my clean out under the steps. The city came out and refused to do anything unless the clean out was exposed. I had a couple plumbers come out to give their takes, and Earl's was the most professional. A bit more expensive, but I thought it would be worth it . There original proposal was a major overhaul of my house's entire sewage system, but it was more than I could afford. We went back and forth a few times to refine the proposal over the next week and a half or two. My only frustration was that I needed to sometimes call a couple times to get a new quote in a reasonable timeframe (also my fault as I imagine they were starting to give up on me after all the back and forth). Once we agreed on the scope of work and price, though, they were just incredible. They deployed some heavy equipment and a very competent team to come and they took care of the issue in one day! I wasn't there to witness, but my housemate, who actually knows a thing or two about plumbing, saw them working and was quite impressed. Thanks for getting this done Earl's! I've already had them back to fix a small issue in the house that a contractor I used didn't do properly. They'll definitely be my go-to from now on.

They installed my new toilet and removed my old one. They are very friendly and did a wonderful job. I used them last week for a link in my kitchen sink and a clogged up garbage disposal and they came in and cleared that out. Just a wonderful company.

I had a water leak under the slab of my residence, So i when to angieslist and looked up plumbers, Earl's plumbing was the only one that didn't charge me for coming out and giving me an estimate, when i ask why they do not charge I was told that tunneling is a big job and there was no need to. The Tunneling crew arrived on time, it was a 2 day process and next day the plumbing crew came out and replaced 5 feet of copper tubing under the slab and then put a sleeve on the copper so that it would not touch the concrete. The next day the dump trucks arrived and pumped river sand to close up the tunnel. And they always cleaned up behind themselves, they were very professional the whole time On May 31st, 2013, The crew arrived ST. Paul A.M.E chruch at 9:00 a.m. and completed the job at 2:oo p.m. Earl's has estimate the would be $2,500. But the final bill was $2,000 they came in $500.00 under buget and once again very professional and cleaned up after themselves. By the time they departed the area that they work in look better after they finish, than before they started. Needless to say the pastor was very happy

I called this business on May 13th, 2013 and spoke to a representative about needing the burners on my water heater cleaned. She took my information and said that she would have a service tech out to my place on May 15th, 2013. The representative called my home this morning and spoke to a family member, telling them that they do not perform the service that i requested and that they install new water heaters. I had specifically requested this service through the representative when I called earlier in the week to schedule the service and was never told that this was not something that they offered.

As usual, Earl's personnel were prompt, professional, competent, efficient, and nice!

garbage disposal would not come on. he turn a lever on bottom of disposal. works fine now and no charge fix the laundry facuets as both were leaking. he was fast (less than 45 minutes for total job). very respectable and nice. i have always used earl's plumbing in the past and will continue to.

I was thankful that a professional was doing the work for both jobs! I knew that the hot water heater removal and replacement took high competency, but I was also surprised how difficult it was to remove the old sink faucet equipment. Steve did all work with excellent skills, plus he was thorough in his explanation of what he planned to do and gave options, when suitable. Both work and clean up were A+. I am very pleased with the service.

Such a wonderful experience. I called Earl's Plumbing because if the "A" rating from Angies's List and because I have used their services before. I called on 4-9-13 and made an appointment with Brandi. She was friendly and set up the appointment for the next day. I made 2 more calls to Earl"s, 1 to confirm the appointment, and 2 to get an estimation of the time of arrival. The calls were taken by Sharon and Rhonda and they were just as nice to deal with as Brandi. On 4-11-13 after calling to say they were coming, Nathan and Kevin arrived, and I gave them the boxed new faucet and they got to work. The entire job took only 25 minutes. While working, they answered all my questions about the operation of the faucet and some others about possible future jobs. They didn't even squinch their noses at my "dumb" questions. After they were finished installing the faucet, they were meticulous in cleaning up under the cabinet with dust pan and brush, they really cleaned around the work area, especially around the faucet and sprayer. I was reallly impressed at their professionalism and cleanliness. The next day (4-12-13), I received a call from Rhonda asking me how the men did with the faucet change out, and to tell me that if I had any questions or concerns about the installation, don't hestitiate to call. By-the-way, I used the $30.00 Angies's List coupon, no problem at all. Total job $160.00, less coupon, out of pocket cost $130.00.

Serviceman was very knowledgeable about gas fireplaces and made it look great. I bought the wrong kind of fireplace at first (propane instead of natural gas) and had to order a natural gas unit. He came back a second time, in between jobs, and quickly installed it.

Will not waste my time nor could I ever recommend such a company.

I called and a plumber was available almost the next day. When I had originally set the appointment for the clogged washing machine drain, the washing machine was also broken. I didn't realize it would need to be working to test the drain. The guy from Earl's politely said no problem, no charge, just call when the washing machine was fixed so he could properly test the drain. When I called back, they set the appointment quickly, called to give me 15 minutes to meet the plumber at home. It was prompt, simple, and the Angie's list coupon was great.
