No appointment available for over a week. My faucet and toilet cannot wait. Angie's List must be bringing lots of business in. Hope they can find some plumbers. Can't wait a week for plumbing emergencies. This was not poor service but it is a company I won't call back. The person on the line was polite - that's all I can say.

..After doing some research I decided to call Earls for an estimate. I was a bit reluctant knowing they have a $45 estimate fee. I got a few bids first and coasted the job myself. They set up an appointment and showed up dead on time. I got the estimate from Earls and gave them the OK. With in a week they had the permit and started the job. They always call and show up. You do not have to cool your heels waiting on them. I once again showed them were to start and were to end the new service. I went to work. After I got off work i was just about home and they called to let me know they were done. I pulled up behind there truck and we finished the paper work Everything was ready for inspection. Two days later the city inspector met an Earls guy for sign off. All passed . Earls then schelded a backfill day. All was done in a fast and precise manner and at a price that was not a screw job like many contractors try today. Because of the refundable est fee I would not go with them for small jobs unless you just say "do it" with out an estimate.

They were very professional and nice. They were very prompt and got the job done.

I was very happy with the service although I was not there personally to speak with them. My mother handled everything and she was very pleased and spoke very highly of them. They also did not seem to force anything on me as I asked them to take a look at a couple of other small things and most places probably would have tried to make a sale out of it. The only TINY thing was that they couldn't come the day I called, but they are so high rated they are probably very busy. They did come the next day though.

I scheduled with Michelle for a plumber to fix the leak under my kitchen sink . Turns out, they kinda work like the cable guy -- between 10 and 4, we will call you before we come - except there is no time frame other than, we will call you when we are on our way. Ok, a little different than what I am used to - but ---- so my appointment was for Tuesday after 10 AM. I get a call at 12:30 and was told that they were literally two streets over from my house. Bob and Leroy show up, completely professional, do everything required, and then report that all I had to do was tighten the coupler on the elbow and the leak would have stopped. I felt like a total jerk because it was such a simple problem to fix - but home repair isn't my strong suit. So they tighten the coupler, leak stops, I am happy. I mention that I had another issue with plumbing. Bob has Leroy check the problem, Bob writes up the estimate to fix it which is $1000 less than anyone else that has looked at the problem and I agree to get in touch in the future to have it fixed. For the leaky sink problem, I had a coupon from Angie's List for $25 off but I just couldn't bring myself to use it since Bob only charged me a $45 diagnostic fee. On top of that, he said "save it for when we do the other problem". Bob and Leroy were absolutely fantastic, completely professional and more than I could have ever hoped for. When they left my house, my neighbor poked her head out of her door and said "can you guys help me?" Their van is still in front of my house as I write this because they are helping her with a last minute/unscheduled appointment. Earl's Plumbing is it for me ---- I do not have to look any further and will always ask for Bob and Leroy.

We had an estimate from Mudbug Plumbing, but Earl's guy had a much better price, and much better methods/ideas to do the job the way we wanted it. There was minimal cutting into sheetrock, and fairly good clean-up when done. We had to wait several days for an appointment with Earl's specialist in this type of work, but we had learned to contend with the hot water leak and it wasn't that big of a hitch. We were glad to use him because he was able to show us exactly what he needed to do and how he was going to do it. Mudbug had told us that some of what we wanted wouldn't be possible, but Earl's got it done--and all in one day. Since we've had no problems in the month since we had the work done, we are very satisfied customers.

Mr. V. Johns arrived within an hour after my call and effected the repairs within an hour. He cleaned the work area after the repair. He was very informative and professional. Also, the person that took the work order at their company was very considerate and professional.

Im a fairly new homeowner and had never needed a plumber before so i called Earls due to their high rating on angieslist and great reviews and they definitely did not dissapoint. Called to schedule someone to come out to fix a bathroom sink that was filling up with water on its own. Due to a/c system I found out. They were very accommodating to my needs for a late as possible appt. Due to me being at work. Called and gave me enough time to make it home to meet with Vincent J., who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He walked in saw the problem and immediately got to work fixing it in no time. Explained everything in detail to me and walked me through how it happens. Great price, great service, great staff and a 30 day warranty saying that it won't happen again. Couldn't ask for better service A++++++++ Will definitely use again in the future for all plumbing needs. Recommend 100% Thanks again

Believe it or not since they rebuilt the house three years later, the hot water heater went out that I replace that we are able to find an individual since we are both handicapped getting in and out of the tube we need a longer than normal hose it is on the shower handle, they can reach and he actually come and said yeah we can get something to help you. They came in and did that and did that all the things they have done about have been one day operations, the longest thing was hot water heater installation which took them about three hours. They are prompt and courteous. There is no fooling around. The prices are reasonable. Once they get started on the job they stay on the job and really did good job. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Our hot water heater went out so I searched Angie's List for a plumber. Earl's staff was friendly on the phone and in person. They arrived quickly and worked professionally. We will use them for our future needs.

I would recommend them. They are responsive.

One week before our appointment I verified our slot for Friday morning and the day before the appointment I called for final verification. They shared they could not provide an exact time but they normally started off at 8:30 a.m. so it would be within an hour. We waited for over 5 hours and no one called or showed up. When I called in to check I was told it could be several additional hours since they were on calls. In the end it was a total loss since no one ever showed up or called the entire day. The first two calls went well but the situation was very different the day of our appointment. They never apologized for their missed appointment or made an attempt to rectify the situation by getting someone dispatched to our location. We continued waiting due to our schedule but NEVER received a call or had anyone show up.

I asked them to come out and do the work. When they got there and saw that it would be a hard job, they decided to just give a bid. Their bid for replacing the two faucets and four cut off valves was $623. The material for this job was about $123, so obviously, they were allowing themselves $500 for the labor. They left the bid and said to call them back when they could get into the kitchen for two hours with NO KITCHEN PERSONNEL present. The only way of doing that would be to have them come after hours. However, when we attempted to schedule them to come at 5:00 PM, we were told they didn't work after hours. We have 100+ residents to feed 3X a day. There is NO 2 hour time period during the day in which I can close down my kitchen and clear it of all staff. I got the distinct impression they didn't want to be bothered with our little job so they figured out a way around being given the work. I am VERY disappointed.

On 4/2/14 I called and scheduled an appointment for 4/4/14. I specifically stated I wanted a whole house water filter put in and I was thinking about getting a pressure pump as we had low water pressure, but I wanted them to measure my water pressure. On Friday, 4/14/14 at 10 am I got a call from this plumbing service that they would not be coming out as they "don't provide that service" - I asked if they put in whole house water filters and was told "no." I asked why when I called and made the appt I was not told this and I got no response. I further stated I had to travel 45 minutes from my primary house to this location to be available as they stated they would be charging me $45 for the estimate and no one called me the day before despite them having my cell phone number (the same one they cancelled the apt on). I have had a whole water filter placed before and this is bread and butter plumbing - fairly easy to do. I find it very hard to believe they don't do this. I feel I was cancelled because we live 45 minutes away from their location and they just did not want to come to my house. I find it unethical that they could not have CALLED and CANCELLED the day before or better yet WHY NOT JUST NOT ACCEPT THE APPPOINTMENT to start with. Unfortunately I cannot charge them $45 for wasting my time, but I would sure like to. So beware if you are using this plumbing service - we will be avoiding them for sure.

He and his daughter did a great job.

Earl's Plumbing could not locate a leak. However, he showed me where I should caulk around the tub and close off part of the closet so that moisture from the bathroom would not affect the clothes in the closet. He spent quite a bit of time going over all the plumbing in the area. In the end, he only charged a modest fee of $40.00 for a service charge. The advise he gave me was worth the small sum he charged.

Done quickly and accurately the first time.

They were excellent. They did an excellent service. Their price was really reasonable. They're were very friendly and outgoing. They explained everything they were doing.

The issue probably wasn't terribly complicated for a plumber. As a matter of fact, some of you who are reading this might have been able to snake the clog. They went straight to business and were very professional. (They left some residue on the floor and didn't bother to clean it up.)

I called Earl's Plumbing around 9:30am and spoke with Sharon who was friendly and helpful. She put me on the schedule immediately for same day service. By 11:20am the work was completed. :) The plumber was friendly, and knowledgeable. I feel confident that the job was done correctly.

I called Earl's plumber to fix two leaky sinks. The plumber did a very thorough and professional job. I would definitely use them again.

called Earl's at 11:45am for someone to come out and reset my leaky toilet. They were booked for today, so I set the appointment for tomorrow. At 1:30 this afternoon, I get a call saying the plumber is on his way! awesome! He was in by 1:45 and out by 2:15. Used an Angie's list coupon and got $30 off the service. I'm an advanced do-it-yourselfer, but i HATE HATE HATE plumbing work, so this was well worth the $120.

Both people from Earl's were quiet and professional, tolerant of our cat being a bit curious about their tools, and very polite. They cleaned up everything on which they had worked. I would highly recommend them to others.

I want to start by saying this was not an Angie's List deal. I call Earl's Plumbing after being frustrated with the company I thought could unclog my drain because that's their specialty. Now I want to give a great big SHOUT-OUT to my man Nathan. He unclogged a drain that the big rooter company could not . He did a meticulous assessment inside and outside then went about the business of unclogging my drain. That other company was not as thorough. And the price I paid the other company for telling me they could not unclog the drain was more than the price of Earl's unclogging the drain. I was impressed and going forward I will call Earl's for all my piping work.
