Description of Work: Nate got on the roof from the back yard and fixed the half inch hot pex line to the bath room upstairs he then took the bathroom faucet apart to get the trash out of the line and reassembled it,.he then replaced the pex lines that services the upstairs bath. This stopped all leaks,he also checked the lines in the kitchen and gave me an estimate on what it would cost to replace the kitchen faucet,his estimate was only eight dollars different from the actual price. good work at a great price everthing when great. Description of Work: Bob rocks! He did an A+ job and was easy to speak with. He arrived within an hour, wasted no time getting to work, and provided an immediate solution to our clogged drain line. Also, because the clog involved tree roots (yikes!), we've scheduled a video inspection to determine the exact location of where the roots penetrated the line. This will determine our next steps. Bob applied an Angie's List coupon for $30 off the service. We're very happy with Earl's Plumbing & Heating and would indeed use them again.

Their prices are fair and they stick to the price that's quoted with no hidden charges. I have previously used 2 other companies that I would NEVER use again. I am thrilled to have found Earl's. Description of Work: I called them to find out where I was having a leak in the bathroom toilet. They determined it was the float and stopper that were old and not fitting properly. They quoted me nearly $100 to replace which is ridiculous considering the entire parts cost less than $20 and took me about 1/2 to figure out and install the next day on my own. Plus, when he left he didn't put the old parts back into the toilet which caused a problem for my tenant when she came home. The service guys attitude was not friendly nor all that helpful. He seemed angry that he'd been called out to look at a leaking toilet and like I was wasting his time.

Description of Work: Made appointment for video survey of drain pipes. Earl's plumbers arrived promptly. Were able to get into most of the drains and create a map of what was and was not functioning. Provided great suggestions as to how to remedy our particular drainage issues and were prompt with a proposal to do it. Great service.

Description of Work: This company replaced a broken pipe outside. What really impressed me was that they suggested that I have my galvanized pipe replaced so that more leaks wouldn't occur. I said that I was moving within the next year and they said that it wasn't work that needed to be done now and if I was moving, not to worry about it. I felt they were honest with what needed to be done.
