The overall experience working with Direct Source was positive. The only small gripe I have is that it took a little while for the materials to come in, thus halting the reparation process.

Direct Source's bath installation process was nearly flawless. The men were very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. The only thing that was the slightest bit off was I did not love the design of the tub initially, but it is growing on me for sure.

The cost was nothing compare to the job that was done on my gutters. Not only were the gutters perfectly installed, but the service Direct Source provided me with made the whole process so easy. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

I have attached pictures of work. Had to replace section of subfloor in room behind bathroom where work was done. Plumbing was done wrong had to get plumber twice to fix issues Plumber actually acknowledged they were rushing to finish n get out.

My house was damaged severely by hurricane IDA. I contracted with Direct Source to do my roof and vinyl siding. Iâ m completely satisfied with both. I had a few issues with the siding work and a few issues, but the owner himself came out and specifically fixed all my plumbing. Iâ m planning to use Direct Source to do bathroom remodeling to meet ADA requirements. Iâ m very pleased with Direct Source!

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the amazing job the team at Direct Source Renovations did. I recently had a whole home renovation done (Kitchen, Baths, Flooring, HVAC, Sheetrock, etc.) and I couldnâ t be happier with the results. The service was prompt, professional, and the final product exceeded my expectations. The design consultant was courteous & knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure I understood each phase of the renovation. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of any home renovation work.

32 weeks and still no shutters or status report. I ordered and paid for hurricane shutters on Aug 3, 2022. I was told they were on a 15-week backlog. About two weeks later they measured and placed the order. Two or three weeks later they called to say that the color I wanted was not available so we substituted a different color. I called the office several times before I could get anyone to talk with me. On my most recent call, the manager, Jimmy said that after 30 weeks the roll-up shutters were just outside his office but he would have to call me back about the status of the other 12 sets. Since then he won't returned my calls.
