+ 0 moreGreat. After my password was reset, I used it to get in. Dave also reminded me that I have to check my settings after each update as they may need to be changed. I am retired now, but when I was working from home for 25 years, I could not have done it without the expert assistance from Dave Charbonnet!
Description of Work: After a Windows 10 update, I could not get into my computer. In the past, I did not have to have a password to get in and I didn't even know my password, Dave found a way to reset my password so I could get in!
