My appraiser Melissa, was very professional and I was surprised that she got my paper work back earlier than she original told me it would be done, especially so close to the holidays coming up. I would definitely use their services in the future and recommend them others.

I spoke with a woman and she told me to stick everything in the door of the office. When I got there it had a name of a construction company on it and online it said it was out of business. I decided not to go with them.

Appt. was within a week of me contacting them, The did a full walk though, taking measurements and pictures. Supplied a full (15 page) appraisal document with 4 comparables also with pictures that had sold within 2-6 months giving details on the comparables. Document was sent via PDF which allowed me to email it to the seller and we were able to agree on sales price. Extremely professional in person and in product they supplied. Will def. use them again if I need an appraisal on any other houses I will be looking at.

The appraiser was professional and fast. Costs were explained up front. Per my request I received both email and hard copies. I was very satisfied with the process.

Melissa was helpful, friendly, and did a good job. I had appraisals in my hands within a couple of days.

I did not dislike anything. The service was good.

It was a really good business experience! She called to set an appointment. She asked me questions about my home. She measured it, drew a sketch of it, found similar properties, and came to a fair value. I am sure that most of her work took place at her office of doing my appraisal.
