 + -1 moreIT took a while to get the screen for the computer in, first one was the wrong one. It's a small group and 2 got sick at the same time. Their work is good, these guys know their stuff.

 + 0 moreThe service was excellent; the guys were very courteous and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything to me. They also offered general advice on caring for my laptop to extend its life. The entire job was finished the same day--I brought it in @ 9:30am and was able to pick it up by 4:30pm. I felt lucky as they already had the parts in stock, which hasn't been the case with other shops I've used. I would definitely use this shop again for my computer repair needs.
Description of Work: They upgraded my macbook's RAM (6Gb to 8Gb) and hard drive (a 500Gb to a 256Gb SSD), including data migration with a 30 day warranty. Plus, they even preformed a full software cleanup at no extra charge!

Description of Work: I needed my search engine and Adobe updated as well as a backlog of Microsoft updates loaded to my computer. An overall "tune-up" was needed since my computer is 4 years old. They did a great job, also removed a virus; seems they undercharged me. I am now very satisfied with my computer's performance.
