I had noticed a strange buzzing sound coming from my circuit box which after a little searching around, I realized was happening Everytime the AC was kicking on. Having just moved into this house I knew I was up for my first spring tune up so I figured I should look for an AC guy to come check it out. I had met Miguel from my old landlord and I had always been impressed by his work and dependability. So now that I had a house of my own, I decided to give him a call. Extremely gracious and accommodating he got to me that day concerned with the circuit breaker issue. He charged me 80.00 per unit, which I have two, for the spring tune up service and stayed on the lookout for what might be causing the buzz in my main circuit box. He quickly located the problem in the compressor which was a defective receptacle he was easily able to replace. He then went to the main box, seeing that the main breaker was really fried probably from years of wear and tear with the the old receptacle. He ran to Home Depot, got me a new breaker and replaced it for me. Problem cured. Overall Miguel comes across as trustworthy, dependable and highly knowledgable in his field. I've always got the sense that he's looking out for me no matter what the job was. Even when I was just a tenant, there on my landlord's dime, and more-so now that I have my own home. Quality person doing quality work for the fair price you would hope for. Highly Recommnended!!!
