Reliable, Responsible, Respectable...we had the woodwork under our bay window completely redone. Cary was prompt, courteous, helpful and did a remarkable job on a very unique woodworking repair that was tedious. His work is very nice and was done in only a few hours. I highly recommend, my husband and I are both very pleased and will hire Cary again soon to do more work.

Carey was quite creative on how he solved my problem (damaged woodwork around a few windows on an old house.) I will definitely have him back when I need more work.

Mr. Cary Bouquet of CNM Home Repairs is, by far, one of the most professional home repair providers whom I have met since my return to the Greater New Orleans area. We needed sheetrock repairs in our small guest bathroom and utility closet, as well as painting and the installation of a pedestal sink. Cary and his son completed all of the work with the utmost attention to detail and on a timely basis. In the end, we received extremely high quality home repair services for a very reasonable price (in comparison to the overly priced estimates that were provided by other companies). In my opinion, Mr. Cary Bouquet of CNM Home Repairs truly exemplifies customer service excellency and we definitely plan to utilize his services again! Thank you Cary!!!

I rarely write reviews for anything. Have hired before using Angie's List. The last contractor did a good job but the service was terrible and price too high. NOT SO WITH CARY! This guy is amazing. He responds to your first email, shows up for the walk through, gives a great contract and spells out what he will do for what price and when he will start and, amazingly, actually shows up when he says he will and does the work he says he is going to do and does it fantastically well. Let's you know when he is coming and going, doesn't leave a mess. The cynic in me wonders why his license has not been revoked. After the deck and new railing (it looks fantastic) he came back for a bunch of piddly jobs -- painting, touch up, ceilings, some electrical and, once again, showed up on time, did the work and finished on time. Hire this guy. I have lived here for 12 years and he is by far the best person I have had work on my house.

Cary and his team were terrific! He worked with me on various options to replace an existing wood deck. He and his team showed up on time on the designated start date. He said the job would take 4 days. He finished in the 4 days and cleaned up the site upon completion. My new deck is wonderful! I would highly recommend Cary for his professionalism, punctuality, and excellent product.

Except for a supplier delivering the wrong material to the job site, it went very well

Cary responded promptly to my inquiry via Angie’s List, conducting an on-sight inspection and providing a printed quote faster than many services. The finished job was excellent!

Cary exceeded our expectations. He was prompt making the preliminary meeting and discussing our options. He gave us great choices for paint. The day of the job, he showed up at the exact agreed upon time and set to work. We could see immediately that we had made a good choice. His repairs to the porch and paint job make it look like the day we had it built, before Katrina. The door is AMAZING. It actually looks like a stained, varnished door although it is actually painted. He used very high quality deck paint and Sherwin and Williams products for the door. The bottom now prevents cold or heat from creeping into the living room year round. What was estimated as a two or three day job, depending on weather, was completed to our satisfaction in one day! And, he is a very nice man.

Cary was very responsive to visit and give us a quote. We went with another provider but certainly appreciate his attentiveness, responsiveness, and advice. I expect we'll be contacting this vendor in the future for other home projects.

He was punctual, his price was comparable to the others I compared, he was very courteous, he was just fantastic. He installed the screen and then my son was so accustomed to there not being a screen there he just walked through so I called him and he came back a week later and installed the toughest screen material available and charge me half the price.

Cary, as always, is punctual and works straight through his days. I never see him taking a break. His trailer is well equipped with ladders, equipment, and supplies such as fans to make the paint dry more quickly. What I love about Cary is his attention to detail (especially with painting!) and that he wants the homeowner to be happy with his work. Cary does everything--basic electrical, woodworking, painting, etc. He also identified a problem with our AC/heating system as well as a gas leak(!) on one of our gaslights by front door. Cary is the best!

Cary is fantastic. He gave me great ideas of how I could get the job done myself. He pointed out several ways I could subely change the deck to solve the problems I was facing, and spent 15 minutes explaining exactly what I would need to do. With his helpful tips, I was able to complete my project entirely on my own. I sent him a few pictures along the way, and he was always prompt and thorough in responding, even though he was making no money from the deck. If I ever have a home repair beyond my abilities, CRM will be my first call.

This is the fifth time I've had Cary work on our house. This current job involved a roof repair on the front corner of our garage and replacement of all wood below the roof leak. Cary is always right on time and does the work right the first time so I don't have to worry about fixing it again in the future. For this repair job on our garage, he also milled raised panels to match the existing panels on the other side of the garage (this is a LOT of detail work--plus it's careful measurement so the panels would match existing panels on other side). Cary is full service (fixed the roof, fixed the wood siding, painted) and left the area spotless--nothing for me to clean up! In previous jobs, Cary replaced our old cupola on our garage, raised and modified a recliner after my husband had a hip replacement (and he came out on a Saturday to do this because my husband had just gotten out of the hospital!), fixed various broken things (e.g. cabinet hinges), and he custom made a trim for a bathroom mirror. It was one of those big wall to wall mirrors and I found a photo online of intricate wood trim that I gave to Cary and he replicated the trim EXACTLY. Everyone thinks we completely remodeled that bathroom but all we did was paint the walls and had Cary make and install the mirror trim. In fact, when our son saw the "new" mirror for the first time, he said it looked like the bathrooms in magazines! I absolutely cannot say enough great things about Cary and how easy he is to work with, the superb quality of his work, his very reasonable prices, and how he's so attentive to detail and making sure that as a customer I am happy with the work he has done.

Always on time, easy to deal with and work with. Did the job till it was done. If he could not come because of the weather or some other delay he always called to let us know. Very professional. Many ideas on how to best repair something.

Like everyone else has said (and the reason why I chose Cary), Cary was super easy to work with. He promptly came out to look at the job and emailed me an estimate, which was less than I was thinking it would be to fix the window leak. He arrived 15 minutes early on the day I scheduled the work to be done. I've had a lot of workers in our home over the past 25 years, and can say that Cary has been the neatest and nicest of all!!! He brings everything he needs (he even had his own fan to blow the sheetrock mud dry), he showed me every step of the way what he was finding (where the window was leaking, how the water was getting in, what he'd need to do), and the best part of all, is that he's full service--he also painted the wall and trim--so there was nothing I needed to do! The wall and window do not look repaired at all--they look perfect--and best of all, Cary completely cleaned up (not a speck of dust or plaster were left behind). Cary takes pride in his work and truly wants the homeowner to be happy with his work. He's really good at what he does---and he does his work with care--treating our house as if he was working on his own home--seriously! He's an amazing guy! The same day the job was done, I had a paid invoice in my email, so he is really on top of the business aspect in addition to doing great work. Cary's refrigerator magnet is now on my fridge and he is the first--and only--guy I'll be calling for repairs from now on!!
