+ -1 moreThey responded quickly to my emails, and after talking to them on the phone, I decided to give them my business, so I went and bought the pump. While, screwing the threaded end into the pump, I overtightened and broke the plastic end off inside the pump. I brought the pump to their store, and the employee behind the service desk took it to the back, removed the broken piece, and installed a new piece for me. He didn't ask me for proof of purchase, was extremely friendly, and I left the store very relieved and impressed. They will definitely get more business from me in the future.
Description of Work: They sold me a new Polaris booster pump.
