I have an alarm service with them for many years. They are local. I set my alarm on a daily basis but I don’t use them unless I have troubles. I had to call them, they tell me my alarm went off and they want to send the police out. They charge me $20 a month. They are pretty good. They are very timely. If alarm goes off, I get a call. If I have a problem, they get out of here pretty quick. I’ve been using them for about 15 or 16 years now. They did things like check the sensors and I had them put new ones up because it kept going off. We couldn’t figure it out. They finally did figure it out and put these remote sensors up. They seem to be working just fine now. That’s the kind of thing they do. They do mainly just maintenance. They are probably a little high when they come out and do service calls. They said they are going to be here and they are here. It took them three times to find the problem. Although it was one this intermittent problem, it still gave them a lot trouble finding it. When they come out and make a house call, they are kind of expensive at that point.

The representative came out and gave us an estimate to add smoke detectors/fire alarms to our security system. The representative was on time and very professional. He was sensitive to our needs and desires. He promised an estimate within 24 hours and we received it within the promised time frame. We later made an appointment for the installation and, again, the technician was on time and professional. He explained everything we needed to know. The price was exactly as quoted.
