BREHM'S EXTERIOR SPECIALIST INC

This provider was working on a neighbor's house. I am writing this review in hopes that management will see it, since they are not answering their phone. The crew parked on my sidewalk and in my yard. When I told them the would have to move they seemed rather put out. They had blocked another neighbor in and cursed her out when she was trying to get around them. When I called them on it, one of them yelled at me to Shut The F*** Up! I can't speak for the quality of their work, nor will I ever find out because I will NEVER use them for a job. I can, however, speak to the level of professionalism, which is ZERO. Now, if only someone would answer the phone so I can relay this incident to the owner! Update: One of the owners refused to speak to me because of this review and the receptionist hung up on me. Because of this, I am not changing my rating. However, the other owner did call me back to apologize for the behavior of his employee. He was very polite and assured me that appropriate disciplinary action had been taken against this individual.

Called Brehms and set an appointment for them to price a patio cover and some gutter/downspout work. I let them choose the day and time. That day/time came and no one showed or called. I called many times and left very polite messages(Im understanding). No return call. EVERYONE gets overwhelmed at times but I called many times and gave them many opportunities to get back with me. I could understand if the job was too small or If I were a Jerk but this wasn't the case. Because of there reputation here Brehms was the only contractor I called. Now Im moving on.

first of all, I was quoted a very competitive price for new gutters. They were also very helpful with choosing the right color to match my house. They arrived on schedule and completed all of the work on safely and on time. When I asked about adding leaf guards afterwards I was given another very competitive price so I decided to go with them again. They installed the leaf guards very soon afterwards and left no debris/trash behind. I would definitely recommend Brehms Exterior to anyone who needs new gutters or something similar in the future.

I am a house flipper and when I have a home that needs gutters I always call them. their price is fair and they are really fast getting the job done

came out and gave me a quote for seamless gutters. I called them to install the gutters and added a patio cover. They work very quick. the work and product is quality.

The price was actually very good. I was satisfied when they came out and did the estimate but for other reason it ended up not to go with them because my wife was pregnant and she wanted to buy a baby crib.

I left a telephone message but never received a call back.

They were done in 6 hours. 425 feet of gutter on a two story house.Left the place spotless. I asked for, and got leaf guards for another $600.00. They are a good bunch of down to earth family guys. No baloney, no fancy saleman.AND they were $1000 to $1400 cheaper than the next competitor !. I am so far very impressed by them, their work and by Angie's List.

Brehm's workers removed the old gutters from our old, two-story home during the process of house painting. They provided good quality samples of the fixed-color extruded gutters which enabled us to color match the house to the gutters perfectly - even with two different colors needed, most for the body of the house, some for the trim. The installation by the work team was followed by the quality control 'big guns' the next day and adjusting improvements were made willingly. The final install of the new cove molding is scheduled for three days from now with $200 final payment held back till then; no problems are expected. While our original contact was Reggie Scott - who works in another part of Brehms's business, the ability of the parts to communicate effectively was a good sign.

After receiving and estimate from Orleans Sheet Metal of $1000 to replace one 10-foot section of half-round galvanized gutter, I began calling around to other companies. Brehm's was the quickest to respond, and did the same job for $300. They also installed new aluminum half-round gutters on my neighbor's house, and they are very pleased. Good people.

We were very happy with Brehm's. We wanted galvalume gutters, which not every company can offer in half round style seamless gutters for historic houses. Apparently you have to have machinery to roll them yourselves that is particularly tough. Audobon Gutters, for example, told us they have the equipment to do it but they won't do half rounds in galvalume because it is tougher on the machine than regular aluminum. Of the two or three companies we found that would do the material and style we wanted, Brehm's had the best price, and they were also the company we were most comfortable with. Our construction had a bunch of hiccups that impacted the gutter install, and we were kind of disorganized customers. We ended up having them come out months after the original bid, and they honored our original price. On the install day, they came on time and got the job done in one day as promised. The crew that showed up demonstrated expertise, and they asked us questions and gave advice (without being pushy) when there were options about how to handle a detail. There's a minor detail or two that don't love the resolution of, like one downspout that is particularly long jutting a couple feet into the yard in a corner. But they consulted me about it, and I OK'd it before they did it. Overall, the install looks great and I was pleased with everyone I met affiliated with the company. I also liked that the company is a small family business that's been around for a while, and does a large amount of business.

they were unable to come on the first day they scheduled, but came before the end of the week. they brought the truck w/ the machine, rolled out the gutter on the spot and installed it all within one hour's time

My experience with them went fine. I chose not to use them.

The woman who came to do the estimate clearly calculated it based on footage and left it with the color selection sheet, telling me to call if we wanted to use them. There was a good selection of colors and the estimate was reasonable (especially compared to a previous estimate I had received), so we went ahead with them. I called them back on a Thursday to schedule the installation and the gutters were finished by 10am Monday morning. The installers did good, careful work, and the gutters look great. The color was true enough to the sample that it matches are trim very well.
