Description of Work: Fabulous job!! I was totally impressed with the quality of their services. |Rose and Sheyle arrived at 9:00 and finished 4:00. All I can say is WOW!! I will be now using their services bi-weekly.

Description of Work: I gave them my criteria and they said they could do it all. When they arrived they did not have the equipment for the floors to do the work, a ladder to clean light fixtures, did not speak English well, had a child with them to translate, did not know any of my criteria and when I explained said they didn't know they were suppose to do those things. I had to sit and baby sit them for hours since it was a client's property I was getting ready for them as a gift to move in the next morning. They would not even give me a receipt for the payment said they would email one and still have not received one. They were rate the silver level... Don't believe everything you read!

Hello Mrs. [member name removed], We’re very thankful for every review a customer places even when is not a good one such in this case, because that help us learn from our mistakes and we certainly made one accepting your job. We could try to explain ourselves, because every story has two sides as you know, but we believe 62 great customers can tell for themselves. We wouldn’t necessarily say they are lying about the services they received from us. Their reviews are very important part of our business, same as yours. When you first called and spoke to Brazilian House’s cleaning, I clearly told you we needed to see the house in order to give an accurate Estimate, but you said you didn’t want that because you were in a hurry and needed the house cleaned next day. I told you we didn’t have time to do it last minute like that because “First time” cleaning takes a lot of time, but you assured me that the house “was not in bad shape at all”, in your own words. You said the house was recently painted and was vacant, it needed to clean baseboards, doors and windows and the floors in the kitchen was going to need some scrubbing, but that was it – I understood that very well. What we don’t understand and since we didn’t see the house before of the day of cleaning is that you expected us to remove Paint your workers left in your baseboards, windows and floors. The equipment you’re suggesting we didn’t have are not equipment for housecleaners, they are used in “New construction cleaning” and we could have provided them had you told us that was the case, but of course, not for the price we were charging you: $400.00. Even without the right equipment the workers knelt down on your floors and scrubbed every inch of the floor for 6 hours in a desire to please you and even mentioned that they wouldn’t charge you for the cleaning because of this mixed up, which you insisted in paying, only that you paid $325.00 ($75.00 short of what we had agree upon). We apologize again for not have being able to please you but we figure out that we can’t always please everyone.

Description of Work: The ladies did a top to bottom cleaning in our home. I was pleasantly surprised when I came home to see the awesome job they did. I look forward to building a relationship with them as I plan to have them return every other week to clean our home.

Description of Work: The lady was supposed to arrive with 2 people. Instead it was just her. However, she spent a lot of time cleaning and did a good job. I wanted her to come again in 2 weeks, but she didn't follow up and I no longer have her contact information. She said the first cleaning was $100.00 and, thereafter, it would be $80.00. Please have her call me, if she wants to continue cleaning my home. Thank you.
