Brazilian House Cleaning LLC

After the deep clean, I have now had the Brazilian housecleaners back for the first of what I anticipate will be a long series of biweekly cleanings. The price ($120) is very fair for 2 bathrooms (sparkling), a clean and fresh kitchen, floor sweeping and mopping (we have lots of hardwoods and a shedding dog), beds made up with fresh sheets, all furniture and tschotchkes dusted/polished. They are extremely thorough, but also flexible. One of our bedrooms functions as my husband's art studio, and they asked what should and should not be touched/moved in there (with wet paintings around, etc.). They did exactly as we suggested, vacuuming and light dusting but leaving active easels, palettes, and paintings totally alone. Very friendly, prompt, personal response to all my calls so far. I like that you can use text to schedule or communicate with them. Will definitely keep using them, and would strongly recommend to others.

The ladies are prompt and thorough. They work great as a team. I look forward to their every other week cleaning.

We have now used this cleaning service multiple times. The initial cleaning was more expensive than other quotes we received, but was worth it based on the quality of cleaning. Subsequent regular cleanings have been fantastic. Best cleaning service we have used in the city. They move furniture to get behind it, clean window blinds, a real deep clean every time. They have also been very accommodating to schedule change requests. Highly recommended.

WOW!!! I am so impressed and I feel like living here again. I'm single and spend most of my time working, so housekeeping takes a back seat. After 9 months, my two cats and I had cluttered, shedded, dropped stuff, tracked up floors and neglected the little things. Then, these two ladies showed up and within about 4 hours, the house smelled clean and new. Baseboards dusted, behind the furniture dusted, pictures and wall hangings and ledges cleaned, clutter put away, floors mopped, bathrooms (which were UGH!) no longer an embarrassment. They were professional and worked steadily without breaks. They even cleaned areas that I said would be OK to overlook. I am so happy, I have set up regular visits every two weeks. If I could give them six stars, I would.

In the beginning there were communication issues. We were leaving messages at the number provides on your site to find out their number had changed. It was a huge debacle at first but they got it straight. Once they arrived on scheduled day and time, they worked diligently and efficiently. My mother was absolutely without at doubt 100% satisfied with their performance. Just wish we didn't have the issue of not being able to contact them. That was an unneccessary headache.

The only problem was they were late. A job they were working on took longer than expected. They called to keep in touch and let me know there expected arrival time. They worked until they were finished with my job.

They did a great job. Were a little late for appointment but once they were here they were very thorough. Our stainless steel appliances never looked so good!

These ladies gave my house the deep cleaning it needed and when I returned home from work, their work sparkled. The house had never looked nicer. I felt like walking into a hotel. Great service!!

The cleaners arrived on time and did a nice job. The only complaint I had was that they did not have their own vacuum cleaner.

Performed a deep house cleaning all furniture was moved and cleaned and everything was organized and picked up. I have now hired them to come twice a month to clean and are very punctual and thorough. They work with you to come at a time that is most convenient and are consistent. I would highly recommend their service.

I called and asked them to come out. She called me back and said I would need a deep clean. She estimated it would take 5-6 hours and would cost 300. They came out on Monday, 11/25 and hadn't finished by 8 pm. She said they would come back the next day and finish. I could smell how clean the house was from outside. I have a 3,00 square for house and it is now hotel clean! I'm hiring them on a weekly basis and I live in Slidell

It was pretty easy to set up. the appointment. They were accommodating for my need. Started job around 9 ish and stayed pretty much all day...with their 3 man team. They climbed on ladders, cleaned window sills and windows everything , inside cabintes, and drawers. Floors came out awesome. Very nice people. Very professional and conscientious . I as very pleased ith outcome and referred them to another job. I Will use them again.

Established one meeting time and they did not come. Connected by phone some time later to set up another date. I had to cancel that appointment and asked that they call to let me know they had received my message. I have never heard from them again.

I cannot say enough about this duo! It went great, beyond my expectations. I have since hired them to clean for me regularly. They are lovely as people, make no complaints at all, and go the extra mile every time they are here. A+++++++

Great! Two ladies spent several hours providing an extremely thorough cleaning to the entire house. They paid considerable attention to detail and added in some fun touches, e.g. made designs out of blankets and roses out of tissue. They were reliable, friendly, diligent, and accomodating. The house felt very clean when they left. Eventhough they worked beyond he esimated time to complete the job, they stuck to the original price that was quoted.

Deep cleaned my house. They did an excellent job, but it was a little pricey for what they did.

The girls came at the time of the appointment and immediately got to work. They worked non-stop for three and a half hours and thoroughly cleaned my entire house. It's not been this perfectly cleaned in quite some time. The bathrooms were spotless. The carpet was vacuumed, floors mopped, and baseboards cleaned. Cleaning was done behind furniture and all shelves were cleaned as items were replaced on them. The refrigerator was completely cleaned inside and out. Bed linen was removed and replaced.

I really appreciated that they asked before moving or touching anything and kept me up to date on their progress. The house went from dingy and smelly to sparkling in the three hours that I purchased through this Big Deal; I had a great experience.
