Both ladies are very professional and kind. Both are very courteous and conscientious in their manner and job. I home educate our children and not once has the cleaning interfered with their studies. I must say they both go out of their way to perform a top-notch service. As a military family we have lived in many different places and I have had many different cleaning services. Brazilian House Cleaning ranks at the TOP! I will continue to use them for their attention to detail, willingness to please and hard work attitude.

These ladies are by far the best house cleaning service I have found in the NOLA area. They are professional and do an excellent job. They are very responsive - if you want something done in a certain manner you only have to ask once and they do so without being reminded. They are very considerate - I have an infant and they are so careful to be quiet when he is napping. They are trustworthy - I have left my home while they are cleaning without any worries or problems. They are meticulous - my home is always spotless when they finish. They are reliable - I have had no problems in over a year with their timeliness. They are flexible - I have had to change dates/times on occasion due to traveling, events, etc., and they have always accommodated me beautifully. I would highly recommend this house cleaning service!

I called to request a residential deep cleaning in the Slidell area. Although they advertise as doing business in my area, they are a considerable distance away and charge for that. The woman who answered the phone was extremely hard to understand and kept speaking to someone in the background to talk about my request. she stated that it would be 500.00 for a residential deep cleaning for a clean vacant home. Although I thought it might be high, they came with great reviews. She stated that she would call me back in minutes to finalize time. I never heard back from them in three days time and went with another service provider.

Rose was great, we set up an appointment for for them to come by and give me an estimate, she was delayed due to traffic (i knew this because it took me over an hour to get home from work that day) she phoned before the appointment time and asked if we could reschedule. We re-scheduled and she was ontime for the appointment, and she worked with me as i needed to get my home cleaned before Christmas as I was "down in my Back" and unable to vaccuum or mop (my whole downstairs is wood and I have 2 dogs) and the Kids and Grandchildren were coming for Christmas, they worked with me and agreed to clean the house on Saturday to get it done before Christmas. Now let me tell you that my house is decorated like a Hallmark shop for Chrisrmas, they arrived at the agreed upon time and worked like 2 little elves, amazing I wish that I had that much energy! I was left with a Glistening, sparkeling clean home for my children and grandchildren to visit. Many thanks to Rose and her associate, and I will be using her continuing service.

These ladies did an excellent job. They did the initial assessment and provided me with a quote for the deep clean and a bi-weekly service. Before they left they asked if I had any allergies or was opposed to strong smells. They communicated to arrange for the cleaning and arrived when scheduled. After they arrived, they took their time and paid close attention to the details of my home. I was very pleased with the service they provided and have since decided upon to a more regular service.

It went great! They arrived at the time we agreed upon. They have cleaned my house for over a year so I was comfotable leaving them to clean on their own. When I went to inspect the apartment a few days later I was amazed at what they did. They saved the disgusting stove! I cannot believe how well they got it clean. All the cupboards were dingy and old looking and they made them look nice and white again. The entire apartment just sparkled. I have had many cleaning ladies and Rose and Shelye are by far the best i have ever had.

Great on deep cleaning. Following visits cleaning was fine but I was not happy when on the 3rd visit price was raised by $30! Smell of product used was so strong I couldn't let them use so instead of switching they had to clean with only water, Very annoying was that everything was out of place when they left so I spent remainder of day finding & replacing. Toaster was always backward, asked them not to leave it backward but they continued to do so. I think moving & turning was their was of showing they had cleaned that area but was extremely annoying to me when combined with price raise & take your breath away product that was exchanged for water cleaning. They missed several spots behind bathroom doors, etc. one spoke little English but spoke to BOTH about it & that day the specific door (husband's bath) was not cleaned behind for 3rd week. Also put a small chip in our massive Library Table. Must have dropped something on it. I've had it for 21 yrs. & my parents had it for 50 yrs., who knows where before but it never had a single mark until now. They may be a little rough for our type of furniture. However, they were pleasant & worked very hard.

These ladies are amazing! I contacted them to perform a move-in cleaning on a home that I had just purchased. The cleaning was scheduled for the day before the movers moved me in. There was a last minute change in the time that they started cleaning because of an unforeseen doctors appointment on their part, but the time was easily rearranged. These ladies know how to clean and take obvious pride in their work. They were willing to use a particular product that I provided to clean the laminate floors. Apart from that, they brought all their own supplies. Once they were done, I could smell the cleanliness of my house before even walking in. They took me on a tour and showed me what they did and were honest about the things they weren't able to do. They even offered to come back another day and clean a fake plant on top of the cabinets that they couldn't quite reach! The place was spotless and was cleaner than I could ever hope for! They were also very understanding when I was about 20 minutes late getting back to the house after they were finished (caught by a train!). The nicest, most unexpected touch: toilet paper roses in all the bathrooms! I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again and, in fact, I obtained a quote to have them continue to clean every two weeks once I unpack some of these boxes and get settled in. I was very happy with the job that the ladies from Brazilian House Cleaning did. I lived in Brazil for a few years and was familiar with how Brazilian cleaners work in general, which is why I hired them in the first place. These ladies are willing to not only clean, but also wash and put away dishes, organize closets, tidy counter tops, put away toys, etc. That alone is worth rehiring them as I don't have time to have the house completely tidy before cleaners come. I did think the initial deep cleaning price of $380 was a bit steep for my house, because I had just moved in and the house was still sparsely furnished, plus it had recently had a deep cleaning. Having said that, the work was great and they hit some areas that previous cleaners had missed. I plan to have them back every two weeks and am happy with their quote of $150 for that service.

Brazilian House Cleaning performed a deep cleaning of my home- they cleaned areas that had not been cleaned since our house renovation!!! They are extremely hard workers and they truly care about the quality of their work. I have tried house cleaners in the past but have not continued on with them- I never felt like I was getting my money's worth because the cleaning was never thorough. Brazilian House Cleaning is pricier than I have used in the past but they are well worth the extra money. I immediately asked them to continue with bi-weekly cleanings. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional house cleaners.

They did an excellent job on the home. Vacuumed, mopped, cleaned surfaces, helped pick up after the disaster that is having a two year old and a baby. Were very good with my kids and politely ignored my dogs. They were very nice and did a great job. My wife was happy, which was the goal. Only down sides were that one didn't speak English that well and they spoke to each other the entire time in Portuguese, which may drive some people a little crazy. Overall, I'm very happy, they're very hard working, and I will keep using them.

We called Brazilian House Cleaning to start a bi-weekly cleaning for our home. The ladies came to the house and provided an estimate and recommended a deep cleaning before we started the bi-weekly service. On the day of our deep cleaning the ladies showed up on time and did a very thorough job. They were pleasant to be around and didn't need a lot of instruction. They moved our furniture, cleaned the ceiling fans, above the kitchen cabinets, and washed inside the windows and doors. When asked to do a specific task they did so without hesitation. Overall they did a great job and we look forward to starting our bi-weekly service soon.

5 STAR! My most enthusiastic recommendation! Hire them ASAP. They responded to my Angie's List email to them right away with a phone number. I called and set up an estimate (17 July) so they could check it out first. They were on time and adjusted to MY changing of the time. They gave me their first time "deep clean" estimate, a little steep I thought, but I was willing to pay for the service based on their past good reviews and prompt showtime for the estimate. After the estimate, they gave me the option of picking a time and I was tight with the time, asking for Monday, 21July. They agreed, shook hands on price, only accepted cash, and off we went. They arrived on time on Monday morning, 0900, basically shoooooed me away, and were working even before I could get out the door. Told them to text me when they were done... they texted at 1830 or 6:30 PM. So I received a 9.5 hour deep clean. I am happy to say that it was worth every penny. I actually left a few places I knew would be tough to get or would prove they were professional or not...trust but verify correct? Well, they took the time and proved they didn't cut corners and reached these out of the way places. Impressive. I got home just after they left and inspected. They cleaned every corner and spot. We have a Florida style home with all windows looking into the back pool area, all with full length blinds, 30 in the whole house...all were top to bottom cleaned...no dust! The floorboards smelled of pine sole when I inspected them! All the windows and mirrors in the whole home were windexed! I'M ACTUALLY SEARCHING NOT TO SEE IF THEY CLEANED, BUT WHAT THEY DIDN'T CLEAN! They cleaned the whole house like you read about...a deep clean, floorboards, baseboards, crown molding, all the picture frames had been dusted/windexed, the tops, they even made all the beds again...all the sinks were spotless and dried...not water left in them, they dried them...they folded the clothes I left in the dryer for cryin' out loud. Awesome. Basically the home is spotless. I don't want to touch anything until my girls come home! Mamma is gonna like this...points for Daddy. So my recommendation is to hire the Brazilian House Cleaning right away. You'll be saying "Obrigado" to me and then to them if you do. That is Portuguese for Thank you, BTW...

Two women from Brazilian Cleaners came and gave me an estimate for a deep clean. We live in a condo with old brick walls (because of the old building it's in) 14' ceilings, exposed beams and pipes above, 1.5 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, open living space and it's around 1300 square feet. The deep clean was $360 and they were there for at least 4 hours. It was great. The place has never been so clean or smelled so good. So thus began the bi-weekly cleaning service. My bi-weekly rate is $120 (weekly would be $100 for me). I've never been disappointed. They are very communicative and let me know when they need a product. They're also really great about using the products I like and listening to what I want. I'm so happy I've found a trustworthy, reliable pair to clean. Also, I have a little Boston Terrier and they don't mind him being out at all while they clean.

Brazilian House's Cleaning did a great job. They thoroughly cleaned the house top to bottom and continue to clean every other week.

All I can say is WOW. My home is cleaner than it has ever been. At first my husband was not thrilled with the initial price of the "deep cleaning", but once he read some of the reviews he was OK to give them a shot. Let me say that they lived up to everything they said they would do. Do yourself a huge favor and make the initial investment. Can't wait to see them in two weeks!

Thanks to Brazilian House Cleaning, our home is like new! I'm so impressed with how clean the house is after a day of deep cleaning yesterday. I woke up this morning and it felt great to wake up in such a clean house...and it smells wonderful too! Two women spent over six hours cleaning every last detail of our house. Our stainless steel appliances sparkle like the day they were installed and the bathrooms gleam. There was soap scum on our glass master bath shower that I couldn't remove on my own but somehow they were able to do the trick! We have two dogs that shed a LOT and they moved every piece of furniture in the house to get every last bit of dog hair cleaned up. The ladies were very friendly and communicated with me as they moved their way through the house making sure I approved of the work done in each room before they moved on to the next room. A friend of mine recommended them to me and then I looked them up on Angie's List. Given all the great reviews, I chose them over another cleaning service and am so pleased. I would hire them again and recommend them to all my friends!

Beautiful work by these two ladies. They are very serious workers, and did not stop for a break. They worked continuously until everything was thoroughly clean and fresh. Just a wonderful job! I highly recommend them for the Mandeville area. Fair price for the amount of good work done.

So, I had finally reached a point that I was tired of spending my " off days" cleaning my house. My husband and myself work full time, have 3 small children & a dog, so one can image my lack of energy & sufficient time to clean my house. I keep up with my house however I surely don't have time for "deep cleaning". So I set out to find a maid service. I was leary about finding the right one, this was going to be my first time letting strangers clean my house. I decided to join Angie's list. As I searched through I stumbled upon these ladies. All their reviews were great. So I decided to try them out. I called them for an estimate & she was very polite and offered to come see my house that very same afternoon. Both ladies came and looked around my house. They explained what they do & how much it would cost. I have a 1050 sq foot, 3 bedroom 1 bath house. She quoted me $240 for the initial deep cleaning & $120 for every 2 weeks. They gave such a great first impression that I agreed to give them a try. So they came yesterday. And long story short, their work was amazing. I thought my house was clean however they proved me otherwise. They cleaned things that I would have never thought. They FOUND things I thought were lost forever. It was such an awesome feeling that my house was dust free and wiped down & it didn't require my exhausted effort. They went above & beyond my expectations. And I look forward for every 2 weeks! P.s. I had no idea my stove could get so clean!!

I initially got the deep cleaning and although I thought my home was clean, it was definitely cleaner when they left. They thoroughly cleaned including fans, fixtures, baseboards, bathrooms, floors. They worked non-stop. I was amazed at how clear the glass was. I have a lot of glass on the several sets of doors leading to the sunroom. I even asked them what they used as I was NEVER able to clean that glass without streaking and/or cloudiness even using a squeegie. I am very picky about my floors and at first, because I didn't see them, I thought that they had skimped on the mopping but I was able to walk barefoot without getting any dirt on my feet. My husband thought the initial deep cleaning was high after they quoted me and before they came but after they left, he told me that they did a great job and it was worth it. He told friends later that he thought I cleaned good but THEY really clean good. They came for their first bi-weekly cleaning last week and I SAW them mopping this time and they really do a great job. The bathrooms are spotless. I have big, high mirrors and although they appeared clean to me, particularly at the top, they got on step ladders and cleaned them anyway. I hadn't used the guest bedroom and bath and told them they could skip it that week and only needed to dust it unless used. They told me that they would clean everything. The kitchen is spotless, granite and appliances sparkling, floors cleaned. The house would definitely pass the white glove inspection. I am picky and have tried 4 or 5 different persons over the years but this is the BEST service I have had and the ONLY one that I wanted to keep. If there was anything negative I could say, it would be that I am getting lazy as I would have been satisfied with dusting, floors and bathrooms but they clean it all and even change the sheets if needed. I was unable to keep up with this larger home but thanks to them, the house is clean and smells great. And if that's not enough...they make pretty flowers with the tissue and rosettes with the toilet paper :)

They were a late due to a child care emergency, but once on the site they worked tremendouly well. They were very accomodating when I added to their scope of work later in the day. They accomplished the tasks with smiles and singing!

Rose and Sheyle are wonderful. My fiance and I had let the deep cleaning in our house go, and we decided to get some help. They were thorough, dusting every book, every corner. The bathrooms were shining after. At first I thought $380 was a little pricey, but I realized after they were done how much work went into it. It was worth it! I also agreed to a $120 cleaning every two weeks. They came back this week and did a lovely job with maintenance. Highly recommend.
