Best Cleaning Service

Scheduled a time to meet to view house, get keys etc. Explained that I am living out of town so meeting had to be specific day. They no showed. No call, no email. Then a few days later they called and were at the house. Reminded her that the appt was several days before. She said, "I forgot that day so I just came today". Told her that behavior was unprofessional and I would not be using her services.

They are thorough and do a few extras, such as folding my messy husband's clothes every week. My only complaint is the cleaning product they use has a strong smell which we do not care for. I mentioned it once, but has not changed. Other than that I'm very happy with their work.

They cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen thoroughly. Cleaned the appliances inside and out and wiped down all surfaces. Very professional and efficient. I would use this company again and recommend them.

Good quality cleaning. Expexted more comprehensive cleaning for the price. I did not have the two ladies clean my office or third bedroom which is used for storage. I expected more scrubbing for the price. Still had ring around tub, bathroom and laundryroom floor stiil had spots that were not completely clean.

Overall they do a good job. However, routines set in and every now and then an email or text needs to be sent regarding quality of cleaning.

Called and spoke to Angie on a Friday to set up an appt. for an estimate. Asked for an early appt.,(10:00) and she said that was too early so we settled o 11:30 which meant I would have to arrange to take the morning off of work to meet with her. She called me at 9:00 on Monday morning to cancel because she had a "inconvenience" come up. Not a good first impression. Will use someone else. Did not feel it was fair to rate the service above because I never used them.

After having twins, my house was becoming a mess and it's difficult to find time to thoroughly clean up. I purchased the Best Cleaning Service deal through Angie's list for $149 and it's one of the best things I've done in a while. I purchased it on Saturday; got an email from Patricia Borges on Sunday night; talked to the representative on Monday, and they were at my house on Tuesday. The two ladies came and spent almost 4 hours cleaning my house. My 4-year-old daughter came home and exclaimed, "Mommy, the house is so clean!" They did a great job.

They showed up on time. They did what they said they would do. They have excellent service. They sent my money back for the month that they didn't clean. They work well with my costs.

Not much to tell. I called and spoke with a manager and was given all information and set up cleaning time and they showed up and cleaned. I handled all this from out of town and there were no problems. I would highly recommend.

Replied timely to online questions prior to my estimate. Great pricing. Came on time. Worked quickly but thoroughly. House never looked so good. Can't say enough good! Can't wait for them to come back. I payed initial larger cleaning fee, but future cleanings will be between $120 and $140 depending on how often I have them come. I think this is great pricing considering having two house keepers at once. I'm so excited I finally found a great cleaning service!!
