Description of Work: Stripped and reupholstered a sofa. Beautifully matched details of an intricate print fabric so that the design was uninterrupted from the peak of the camel back to the skirt. The new stuffing and fabric are tight. They installed foam on the sofa bed to prevent sinking into the sofa because the bed was lower than the level of the cushions as they sat on the frame. It is a thrill to me every time I see the sofa in my newly painted and recarpeted living room!

+ -1 moreService was initially prompt, seemed professional, and the results appeared to be of good quality. The price was no bargain, but I was willing to pay for a higher-quality product. Unfortunately, two of the outdoor cushions that were re-upholstered became water logged after a modest rainfall, and it took several days in the hot sun - with zipper opened - to eventually dry. It turns out that a 1" thick piece of indoor foam was added to the cushions. This company's solution to the unfortunate conversion of outdoor cushions into indoor cushions, was to either remove the 1" thick piece of indoor foam that they added (the cover would no longer fit snugly) or to charge me more to replace the indoor foam with outdoor foam (I'd already spent over $100 per cushion). Clearly, this company had little interest in satisfying me as a customer or in doing the right thing. I've taken my business elsewhere.

Description of Work: We needed our couch cushions replaced (needed a high density foam to give more support) before my husband had back surgery. They listened to what we needed & understood the need for a quick turnaround. They delivered on their promises with high quality, done quickly & with wonderful service. Just recently had them do the same to a new chair & received the same great service. They have me as a forever customer!

+ -1 moreThey were very responsive and completed the work as promised. The cost was a bit high but the quality of work made it all worth the expense. They did an excellent job and the sofa and chairs were perfect. I would highly recommend them. The sofa's were picked up and returned during the window promised and they were returned wrapped in plastic to protect the fabric which was nice.
