Gabrielle and Emily did our inspection. They were extremely thorough, very professional, and caught many things we would not have detected on a brand new construction. They even came out on Christmas Eve Day due to our short window until closing! We really appreciated their COVID-19 awareness and precautions as well! Should the need for another home inspection arise in our future, we will definitely use them again!

They walked me through everything and gave me their opinions when I asked for them, but never volunteered them, which was the peak of professionalism. My niece and her husband hired to do a home inspection on the home they are purchasing, I am their Realtor. Scheduling was an easy process, showed up on time, really liked that they had 2 people performing the inspection, saved a lot of time on our end. They were very thorough and went over the report with them when it was completed. Received an email copy of the report within 24 hours. I was very impressed as a Realtor with their services. the price was a little more than I normally see, however, the service and report provided was well worth it.

Despite not wanting to do a full inspection given the cost, I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Axelrad and am pleased I decided to use their full services. Amazing prompt service for a reasonable price. Incredibly detailed 135-page report for a 3-unit mixed use building on Magazine Street prepared by Beau, Gabrielle, and Jason. Plenty of details provided both in the report and from the inspectors during the inspection. The best home inspection experience I've had buying property. I would definitely use them again.

AXELRAD & ASSOC are fantastic! This is the second home inspection we've had done and they blew the last company we used out of the water. Extremely thorough and detailed report, including pictures and recommendations. They also include a membership for homebinder, though I haven't used it enough yet to comment. I would absolutely use them again and recommend their services.

Axelrad was awesome. They asked me more questions about the property I was buying than any other inspection company I called. My report was 122 pages long. My aunt/real estate agent had a 22 page inspection report when she bought her house about 1.5 years before. I would highly recommend!! And I’m just a run of the mill homebuyer writing this review from because it was a great experience, no promises in return. Great company!
