Description of Work: Brain Kelt advertised that his company would save at least his fee of $175.00 from my homeowners insurance policy annual premium. He did do the inspection & applied for the discount through my insurance company, but the savings was very small. His literature showed that the savings should have been a third of the post-Katrina homeowners premium. He made several promises to talk to the company to correct the discount. His license was NOT valid to preform the test that would be recognized by State Farm Insurance Co. He told me that he was in process of retaking the test & would apply for the proper discount. State Farm did cooperate & is still waiting for him. They were more than helpful. I also paid for an energy evaluation that was not completed timely to be awarded that credit. Unfortunately, he won't return my call nor send the refund as stated in TV commercial & posted on his website. Too bad that his wealth of knowledge is trumped by poor customer service & misrepresentation.
