Terrible they left gouges in the floor and did not deliver the final product as shown in samples and pictures. Created a patch that was worse than the original stained floor. There are a lot of better people out there.

In my opinion there is no attention to detail, and god forbid you find something wrong with their work. In my opinion the patch did not even come close to a sample they said they made. Then when I asked them to fix it they became angry and blamed me for their mistakes and demanded payment. The terrazzo patch has stones falling out. Out of a major renovation project with 11 separate subs this is the only one that I have a bad opinion of. The floor look to me like it was ground unevenly. I told them i wanted a high gloss finish and they recommended and quoted me a price for a sanding of 200 grit and 2 coats of acrylic sealer. With the stains in the floor I was left with a flat unimpressive results. When asked why it was not like the pictures they said they would just add some more sealer. They said they added the extra sealer but the painters in the building told me they left after working on the kitchen. Hired a new company to fix issues.
