They did our roof on Thanksgiving weekend of 2004 and when they did the roof they were supposed to repair the flashing around the chimney, which is the whole reason I called them out. They didn't show up on time. The owner said I needed a new roof and we got them to do that. During the process, they left it over the weekend and it wasn't completely covered with felt. It poured rain over the weekend so it rained through the house and ruined all the insulation in my attic. He won't take responsibility for that, but he did finally come back out in 2007 to fix the flashing around the chimney, which he was supposed to do in the first place. The guy who took the order quoted me a different price than what the guy was saying, but he took the price from the quote. Plus he had a guy in the yard drinking beer. I told them to replace a lot of the plywood that was rotten because of the chimney flashing not being fixed, and it didn't look like he did, so he came back out to fix it again. That's actually the main reason I joined the List, to point this guy out in particular. He also said he would remove all my old layers of shingles and I was up there the other day and noticed he didn't do all of that. I would not use this company again.
