Joe contacted me right away and was on time. I had two rooms that had dirty spots and pet urine. He knew making the house smell better was very important because it was being sold. He proceeded to clean the carpets. In less than an hour he was done. After it dried, the spots and smell were still very bad. Two weeks later he came out again to spray the carpets. He then said they were just worn and the dirty spots could not be removed and the smell was in the padding. I thought I was paying for a deep cleaning. He could have told me that nothing could be done for them. The carpets are not worn down just dirty. After a second spraying, the house still stinks. I don’t know what I paid for. I suggest you ask a lot of questions. I don’t live in this house, it was my parents house.

I called and spoke to Joe about their services and scheduled for them to come out in about a week. They could have come sooner but I had a specific day in mind which Joe gladly accommodated. The technician showed up exactly as scheduled and work was done as planned. Upon drying, the carpet looked like it had stretched and i called Joe concerned. Joe told me that sometimes this happens when certain carpets are wet but usually it corrects itself when dried. I was relieved to hear this and Joe told me to let him know if they did not and he would take care of it. Well, Joe was right...the carpet dried and completely returned to normal. I really appreciated that Joe was ready and willing to resolve any issue if needed. Our carpets look fantastic and the technician did a great job with stain removal. We will definitely be calling them out again.

There were some good things and some not-so-good things about Nata. We had many pet stains, and some of them (not all) came out. I wasn't expecting the carpet to look brand new. There were still lines in the carpet two days later, where the machine went back and forth. The pre-treatment they used was very stinky. It made me cough, and we had to leave the windows open for the rest of that day and the following day. The price was relatively inexpensive, and the man who did the work was very polite. Scheduling the appointment was easy and they were able to come within two weeks. After the cleaning, they dumped the dirty water out on our driveway and cleaned out their filters in our outside trashcan. I would have preferred to know about this in advance.
