Description of Work: Joe and his worker (Ryan I think) came to our home to clean our carpets. We had just purchased this home and the previous owner was very dirty. The one room had large hunks of black sticky something on it. We were sure we were going to have to purchase new carpet for all of the rooms. We decided that we would try to clean them and found NATA on Angie's List. I am so glad we did! I stood outside with Joe chit chatting about the area since we are from Ohio. He is incredibly friendly and his worker was too. When his worker (Ryan?) was finished he came outside to get me. He jokingly said "I'm not sure what you were expecting but check it out and let me know what you think". I could not believe it! They were like brand new carpets, all of them! Description of Work: I signed up for the $63 deal for two rooms of carpet cleaning. My carpet was very dirty and I was not sure what could be done. The employee was running late due to parade traffic but called to let me know and gave me an estimated time of arrival. The young man arrived and was very friendly and professional. The carpets were cleaned and the results were much better than expected. I would definitely recommend this company.
