Definitely, would use them again. Carpets look new. Area rug in dining area was wrinkled. He worked to straighten it as much as possible. It is greatly improved.

I called Nata to clean my son's couch and love seat after it had been sitting in my garage for 2 years...before that it went through almost 2 years of a bachelor living of 3 young men... you get the picture! Well my son was closing on his 1st home so having it cleaned for him was a last minute surprise and I was so grateful that Nata was able to squeeze me in at the last minute. I called the morning of the closing. The technician came that evening and did a fantastic job!!! He was able to get out all of the stains and crud... It looked just like the day he bought it and it smelled wonderful! The technician was very professional; in uniform and extremely polite. I will definitely use them again and refer them to EVERYONE!

Great service, punctual and professional. Lifted/moved all movable furniture and removed all the spots on the carpet and rugs.

I just had a master bath and bedroom make over and my rug and furniture was so dirty I honestly thought it would not come clean with all the dust, dirt, sheet rock etc. flying around the house! I had to change my every expensive allergy filter 3 times during that process! I am excited and ?very, very? happy with the outcome of the carpet and furniture cleaning. My home smelled so clean and fresh and it was a nice surprise when they told me I did not need any of my tile cleaned yet. Honest and affordable is rare these days! They were very pleasant and respectful which are other qualities that are also rare these days. I could not have asked for more but got way more that I honestly expected compared with my dealings with other companies. My home looks amazing! I sent a request to find out if Nata would come out to Waggaman sense they are in Slidell. I added my phone # and then sent message. About 15 seconds later I received a Call from Joe! Now that is what I call fast! Also good news they do come all the way out here!! I am not ready as having my bath/bedroom remodeled and not sure when the completion will be. We discussed what services he has and what group he had created to help defer some of the cost for the home owner. I was elated with the prices! Best I have ever heard and no one ever came that close that I have used in the past. Joe said all I needed to do was call him when I knew I would be ready and he will set up a date and time. I was only going to get my carpets cleaned from all the stuff a remodel tracks through but he cleans tile and treats grout so you wont get stains! Yes, I am having that done to! I am excited and can hardly wait when all is completed and my house looks awesome!! Thanks Joe for being so speedy!!!!!! Very impressed! Will let everyone know when job is through as I am sure it will be as awesome as the company people are!!

Very prompt response and appointment. Serviceman could not have been nicer! Tile was nicely cleaned, although I did have to ask him to re-do a few spots. The sealer is just an aerosol spray so it may not last very long but looks nice. Would re-use if I need to have my tile cleaned again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did a very good job. The technician was on time and he was very polite. He did a great job on the carpet. I would use him again. I got exactly what I paid for and didn't spend any additional. I would absolutely use them again.

Ryan called before arriving to provide some notice and I like that they do that. He came in and surveyed the job and then went straight to work. He was very professional and just an all around nice guy. I live in a condo so there wasn't a lot of square footage to clean; especially since I primarily wanted just the heavy traffic areas cleaned. They probably could have charged me for 2 bedrooms, but he only charged for 1, given the size of the job - I appreciated that! The sofa wasn't in the greatest condition. It had a big coffee stain on the arm and another spillage stain on the seat. The sofa really didn't come out looking very much different afterward. If anything the cleaning just gave it a fresher smell; not sure how effective the hand tools are that they use for upholstery jobs. He completed the job without taking any breaks; so was finished in probably about 1.25 hours. The carpet looks much better and was satisfied with the job they did and the price. I've already recommended them to a co-worker and that's the way it was!

I'm still in shock!!! I made an appointment a week in advance. Joe showed up exactly on time!! He was professional and knowledgeable. I think the price was more than fair. They were fast & efficient. I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them.

Joe called about an hour before he was scheduled to arrive and said he was ahead of schedule and asked if it would be alright to come. He got right to work and everything is clean and fresh. The carpet he reinstalled is tight and neat. He is a very pleasant person.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were excellent. They came out and did a wonderful job. Our grout looks brand new and I am real proud of it. It helped a lot because we are trying to sell our house. I have had the tile for 10 years and it had a lot of stuff ground into it. The person who came out made the tile look brand new. We are really happy with him. The price was worth it and I was not unhappy with it. They have special equipment that they use. The job was done pretty quick and it really made a difference in the appearance.

Joe Nata was prompt, courteous and did a fabulous job. The home had not been lived in for 18 months, and his services took out the musty smell. I actually ended up paying slightly less than I was quoted on the phone, and I was able to schedule the cleaning very quickly. I have nothing but praise for Nata Carpet Care and recommend them without hesitation.

I'm a little late on the review, and I can't quite remember the exact cost. They did a great job and had reasonable prices. They even went a little out of their coverage aread to accomodate me. I would definitely use them again.

results were amazing, much better than expected. chemical used was very smelly, so be sure to open windows to exhaust fumes, remove children and pets from area. some splatter of sealant on cabinet base board, but wiped off easily, also some drips of sealant left on floor, enough to leave foot prints, small puddles.

I called Joe Nata on Monday, he answered the phone and we set appt for carpet cleaning the am 2 days later. On the day of service, Joey called me about 10 min before appt and said he was on the way from Slidell, but had some extra traffic delays and would be about 20 minutes late. Joey arrived, inspected the areas to be cleaned and we discussed a few probe areas, and then he proceeded to vacuum, treat, pressure water removal cleaning, and application of the stain guard. Joey was very cordial during the work. I noted and mentioned to him that all of his equipment looked very good. He said that the business had replaced all of it last year. Joey presented the bill to me when finished, it was just as I had discussed with Joe over the phone, including the Angie's List 10% discount, and I paid with a credit card. The service was great and I will certainly use again.

Very thorough cleaning. Focused on high traffic areas and gave particular attention to difficult stains without extra charge or being asked to. Excellent service, would highly recommend.

What can you say when a provider does exactly what they say they will do. They arrive on time. They are courteous. They are professional. The quality of the work was excellent. The price was more than fair, at least to me. The grout, in all the rooms, hasn't looked this good since it was first installed. I wish to thank them for excellent service and let them know when this service is required again, they are the ones I will call.

They did a fine job. Tech was professional and personable and did the job efficiantly. Will call them for future issues and definately recommend.

Most of the grout came out very good there was still some dark places. They used to scrub brush to scrub the grout what's the solution that could've been left on little longer and scrub the little harder. We were told that all furniture and appliances would be moved to do the entire floor some looks like it may have been some that at all.

My husband was running late for the appointment, so I called to let them know and it was no problem. I didn't have to reschedule. They were friendly and did a great job. I would definitely call them again!
