Joe cut and stretched the hall carpet re-attaching all loose tack strips and then thoroughly steam cleaned all of the bedrooms and hall. Before his team came I thought that I would have to replace the carpet but the stains came out. They did a great job. After they left i noticed that a tack strip had come loose. I called Joe and he came back and fixed it at no charge.

The company did what they said they would do. The carpet didn't get very clean though. I felt like they just did the basic. I would just say they were average.

Ryan and Josh came out and were on time. They were super friendly and courteous. They worked super fast but were also very efficient! I left work at 11:25a and was back by 12:30p. I will certainly use them again for my new house!

The technician arrived on agreed upon time. He had multiple tools to reach many places. He successfully removed all carpet stains including 2 big stains from my office carpet, Additionally, he removed a darker stain from the middle of our bright gold living room lounge chair. One month has passed since the treatment and no stain has returned. I will recommend and call upon them again.

Joe Nata arrived promptly with a great attitude and a genuinely friendly demeanor. Since this was a Great Deal, he wanted to check how much carpet had to be cleaned. After his inspection, he decided that he could accommodate all of cleaning within the Great Deal price. He worked quickly, managed to remove the several small spots on the carpet, and the carpet looked great when he was finished. We also received a thank-you note a week later. What a nice guy and what a professional job. Will definitely recommend him to others who want to receive clean carpets from a very nice person.

I called for an appointment. Response was polite, professional and prompt. Nata arrived promptly and provided a professional service. Carpets were sparkling clean and all spots removed. Looked like new again. Ceramic tile was beautifully cleaned. Price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend and use again.

The project went well and the price seemed reasonable (Angie's List Big Deal). The only bad part was our tile was chipped in one of the rooms. At first we thought they were dirt spots, but after scrubbing we discovered the ceramic had been chipped, revealing a darker layer underneath. Luckily, this didn't occur in a main room where the appearance would matter. Because we have no spare tile there's no simple "fix" for this problem. Even if we did have the tiles the cost of repair would probably be more than what we spent to have the grout cleaned and sealed, so I haven't bothered to raise a complaint to the company. We'll just live with it. But still, other members should be aware to be wary of ceramic tile damage from this procedure.

I purchased the Angieslist special for 2000 sq. ft, up to 8 rooms, of carpet cleaning. Joe Nata contacted me within 24 hours and we scheduled the cleaning. Brian came to our house two weeks later. He called about 20 minutes before arriving to let us know that he was on the way. Brian reviewed our cleaning and said that it would be covered by what we had paid. Brian proceeded to vacuum all carpeted areas, moving furniture as needed. He then cleaned the carpets with excellent steam-vacuum equipment. Brian was very courteous and did an excellent job of cleaning. He put strofoam blocks under furniture that did not have space under for ventilation and drying. I really like the equipment that Nata Carpet Care uses. They have a specialty built truck with all the equipment and products that they need, and the equipment is clean and in excellent shape.

Ryan was personable, courteous, prompt, and professional! He did exactly what I asked him to do with the carpets and they look refreshed. My husband and I plan on replacing the carpet in three of our rooms in the near future but we were not quite ready to put the work into it yet. Nata Carpet Care has helped us make the carpet look presentable until we decide to do the work! Great company, very easy to work with! I will use them again in the future if need be and highly recommend them.
