We first used Nata in May 2016 when we were getting ready to sell our house. Ryan did a fabulous job, the carpet looked and smelled great! Wish we had done it sooner! When we sold the house in Sept 2016, we hired Nata again to freshen the carpet, we have dogs and the new owners has a dog so I wanted the carpet fresh from any animal smells. Ryan came again and did another fabulous job! I highly recommend Nata Carpet Cleaning, they are prompt, polite, and professional!!

I did not end up using their service because we had a work commitment that caused us to cancel our cleaning service. But I would not hesitate to recommend or use them in the future. Carpet is as clean as when it was first installed. No more water heater rust stain! And tile and grout are like new as well. Nata was fast, professional, friendly, on time, and efficient! I will be using them again the next time my carpet and/or tile needs cleaning.

I guess you what you pay for. The package included deodorizing but the carpet still holds a strong odor. When they were done all I could smell was the chemical but it faded quickly. I dont wanna say they didn't do their best. I just expected better

Called Paul at AllDry, he was great!! Set up an appointment, Eddie came out the next day, set everything up and handled the insurance company also.They came in and set up the dehumidifiers, and fans to start the drying process. They set up the containment area, set the "air scrubbers" (big hepa filters) in each damaged room. The crew came in and removed all damaged sheetrock, bagged everything so no mold was exposed to anyone or any other parts of the house. I received updates every day, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. They had a guy come out every day to check the moisture readings in the house and they monitored it until it was the correct reading in the rooms affected. They ensured that everything was cleaned up as they went, and when completed they "fogged" the house to ensure that no mold was left in it at all. I HIGHLY recommend Paul and his crew to take care of any type of water damage in a home....

Mr. Joe and his staff were extremely professional and did a wonderful job. With extra closing costs and expenses coming from the purchase, changing the carpet was not in the budget. Nata Carpet Cleaning came through and restored the carpet to alleviate that expense. The service was affordable and very high quality. I would recommend this company to everyone.

They called and asked if they could come a little earlier than scheduled which was fine with me. Joe & Ryan arrived & got everything set up quickly, did an excellent job in probably about an hour. The price was very reasonable and I was well pleased.
