Description of Work: Cleaned my carpets, and did a good job. They warned me that the wear areas would still show and they did, not their fault. Next time I buy carpets I would check to see how well they would wear. They did a good job, as good as possible and I would use them again,

Description of Work: The serviceman came and look over the area that I chose to have clean under the voucher. He then determined where he wanted to start. He then moved everything out of the room ( I didn't want my dining room table moved much "it's new"). The serviceman was very accommodating and was very careful with everything. He picked up any dog hair, etc. on the floor and then scrubbed the grout, cleaned the grout for any particles then he sealed the grout. When finished he carefully put everything back where it belonged. I chose to have extra square footage done. The serviceman measured the extra area told me the cost which I considered fair. It was totally me approaching him to do the extra square footage. The serviceman was professional yet friendly. He went right to work and worked dillengently the whole time he was here. I would definitely recommend this company.

Initially I was going to go with Stanley Steamer but they could not accomodate me until July, so I came to Angie's list and because of the performance reviews I decided to give theses guys a call. Very glad we picked up the phone!! They cleaned two bedrooms thoroughly, laid down a deodorizer, and a protection shield on my carpets. The carpets have never looked better or cleaner. Would use this company again without hesistation and would recommend them to friends and family. Thank you for everything NATA!

Description of Work: They were fantastic! We had a bit of a carpet emergency when my children gave our brand new carpet a "bath" with several bottles of shampoo and liquid hand soap topped off with copious amounts of water. I called NATA at 9am and they were at my house that afternoon to tackle the problem. Ryan and his partner were great! They were very professional, fun, and fast! They were able to remove all the shampoo and soap from the carpet with ease. Since they were at our home, we had them clean all the carpet in the house. When they were finished, even the older carpet looked brand new. Quite an accomplishment when there are four kids in a house! The service was above and beyond anything I could have ever expected. We highly recommend NATA, and especially Ryan. We would use them again without a doubt.
