Description of Work: They cleaned the tile in the kitchen and bathroom. Very professional and did a good job. I didn't get carpet done but they did a great job on the tile.

Description of Work: Mold damage in bedroom, hallway and under kitchen sink identified by environmental assessment. All Dry hung protective sheeting to contain mold and removed sheetrock, insulation, cleaned studs. They also brought in 3 air cleaning machines.

Description of Work: Ryan cleaned 5 rooms of carpet, a sofa and a chair. He also added stain protector on my sofa and den carpet. He called before he came and was here 10 minutes early. He was very nice and professional and did a great job. I have had my carpet cleaned by others before, but I am more pleased with the results that was provided by Nata than the others. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: We bought an Angie's list deal for $149 for 1200 sq ft of carpet. The cleaner arrived on time, cheerful, and cleaned/removed some staining on all carpets in the bedrooms. Dantastic attitude, punctual, and great price!

Description of Work: Showed up on time. Did the areas of the carpet we asked, and they complied with no quibbling. They had good, powerful carpet cleaning equipment and knew how to use it. We are satisfied.

Description of Work: We had never used a professional carpet cleaning service, always attempted to do it ourselves. Not good. We joined Angie's list and went from there. Nata had great reviews so we decided on them. Ryan was the technician that came out, alone, which made us wonder. But he did it all quickly and thoroughly. We have 3 dogs and our carpet is 8 years old and you'd never know it. The price was great and my husband thinks it should have been more since Ryan worked so hard. My biggest regret is that I didn't tip Ryan as my husband pointed out. So bottom line, yes we would recommend them and use we'd use them again.
