Description of Work: My home flooded here in Baton Rouge during the flooding in August. All Dry Water Damage provided awesome service. Very helpful & friendly. This is my first time going through an incident like this and Mr. Christiana explained the process so I was informed each step of the way. The representative that came out to my home was very friendly and showed compassion towards my situation. I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Shampooed our carpets to give them back some life. The service rep did a great job and treated our problem areas. We were told by a friend that she noticed the difference and the rug looked fluffier.

Description of Work: The day the work was to be performed Ryan ran late, however, he contacted me to let me know he was running late and called again to let me know when he would arrive. After the work was done, I had one problem and sent a message late one evening. Joe Nata contacted me almost immediately. He and Ryan returned the next day and took care of it. I would highly recommend them....they did a great job and stand behind their work. Great customer service!

Description of Work: We had an initial scheduling hiccup, but they rescheduled quickly and did an excellent job!! I was concerned about glass in my new house from having the windows replaced & the window company broke all of my old windows & made a real mess! Nada did a fantastic job! I have not found any glass in the house a month later, and the carpet was perfect when they left.
