They were prompt, courteous/frindly, and parofessional. When they were done you'd 've never guessed all that had gone on in the house since the last carpet cleaning, at least 9 months ago. It was the first time I'd used Nata, but won't be my last time!

My overall experience was very satisfactory. The employees arrived on time, vacuumed my carpets first, then cleaned three bedrooms. The job was complete in a timely manner.

Joe Nata and his assistant were very courteous and professional. They arrived on time and worked quickly but not carelessly. They were customer service oriented, and were happy to redo a few spots, and would not leave until I was completely satisfied. The only negative was that their equipment left some residue on an unrelated floor, which I did not realize until after they left but I'm sure they would have cleaned there.

The only problem that I saw was if I did need any large furniture moved, I did not see the young guy being able to do it by himself. I wanted to specify that they did call me before they came, of which, they said between 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. and also quoted me the same price as they did over the phone. Also, the young guy was very professional.

They did a good job. The technician was pretty nice and knowledgeable. I was satisfied with the work they did. They were a little late when they came.

The company came at the designated time. They were professional: explained what they were going to do and about how long it would take. I was surprised at the speed that they were able to work (I'm sure having the house empty of furniture helped with that). I loved how it made the whole house smell fresh and clean before moving all my stuff in!

The owner was punctual for both the estimate and the service. He and a helper took care of the stretching of the carpet first. They moved the furniture where needed and placed it back where it was. After the stretching, the owner left his assistant to finish the job, explaining where he was and leaving a number if I needed to call him. He also showed me the areas that had been stretched. His assistant was equally as professional and finished the job before the estimated time. I would definitely recommend this company and I will use them in the future.

They were able to get out most of the carpet stains, only thing left were some paint stains.

I contacted them due to good reviews here on Angie's List. They were great - courteous and helpful on the phone, set up the appointment when I requested, arrived on time, performed the work professionally and cheerfully. The rugs look great and I received a handwritten thank you card from the technician in the post today.

they came the same day I called and went immediately to work. The extensive mess was completely cleaned up. My carpet looks like new. This is the second time they have had to do this and each time, my carpet looks spectacular!!

I have them every 6 months and they do a great job. One time my dog had liquid diarrhea over the carpet in the library...all over it....really a mess. They came right away and cleaned it and then and now it looks brand new. Amazing!

Showed up on time, finished the job quickly and was professional. I would have liked to see a price break for a house with no furniture to move, but that policy is good for me in the future when I will have furniture.

They came when they said. Cleaned up the carpets beautifully and took only an hour. Only problem was ( and that is with all carpet cleaning) that it took nearly 24 hours to dry. Very friendly and competent cleaners

We had some problems with them last time. Last time they were here they cleaned the living room and hallway carpets. It didn't come out very clean. I don't think the guy was the best or all that friendly. We have used them many other times in the past where that wasn't an issue.

Answered all of my questions, lead time to schedule the job was reasonable, finished the job in a timely manner, job was completed to my satisfaction and at a fair price for all that they did for me. Very satisfied.
