Overall, this carpet cleaning \went exactl as I had expected. The worker arrived on time, had all the proper equipment, had all the cleaning fluids, did it methodically and quickly, and cleaned up nicely, and left. The carpet looked clean when it dried out, and so did the kitchen floor.

I chose this company due to their high rating on Angie's list and so glad i did. When i called to schedule the person i spoke to answered all my questions patiently and described all the services available. I also mentioned the coupon i saw on Angie's list and asked if i could use it and was told yes. The service guys called me about 30 minutes prior to their arrival (per my request) and when they realized they were running just a few minutes late they called to let me know which was really professional. They only ran about ten minutes late but still took the time to keep me very informed. When i went to pay the bill the coupon was already written in, i never even had to mention it again, (first class). Also, there were no hidden fees and the bill was exactly what i was quoted minus the coupon. The did a great job cleaning very old and yucky carpet...I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again. This is exactly what a service company should be.

The only word to describe the work of the two workmen on our stair carpeting and one of the three area rugs was: resurrected. We expected to have to throw the one large rug away, but were happily surprised at the results obtained. Both men were very accommodating in handling concerns about our antique wooden floors beneath the carpets - and therefore cleaned the pieces outside. Also, they were generous in allowing us to add another small carpet to the inventory of work, even though we had not announced this prior to their arrival. They arrived on time, worked well on their separate tasks, and got the job done efficiently. The only complaint I made is that once their work was complete, it made our other non-cleaned carpets stand out as needing attention. We will be sure to call Nata in the future.

They called to let me know when they were coming and showed up on time. The two men who came to clean the carpets were polite, professional, thorough and did an excellent job of cleaning, and scotchguarding, 5 rooms of carpeting, a sofa, a loveseat, and a chair. We had several spots on our carpet that totally disappeared after cleaning, which I was thrilled about. We have used other carpet cleaners in the area before, but I was never completely satisfied with the way our carpets looked after they were done. This is not the case with Nata Carpet Care. The carpets look better than ever, since Nata cleaned them. I am extremely happy with their work, and would definitely hire them again the next time my carpets need cleaning.

Excellent service, Ryan and Andrew were friendly and professional and did the job quickly. In addition to my carpet, I had them clean an upholstered toddler chair and at first did not come out as clean as expected. When I pointed out the remaining soiled areas they quickly took the chair outside and brought it back looking like new, without making me feel bad for asking them to take a second look. I will definitely use this company again next time.

They came promptly the next day after we called and went above and beyond what has been done by other carpet cleaning firms. They moved desks and filing cabinets to be sure all the water and mildew was removed. This is the second time I have used them. THey did my capets at home and again did an excellent job. But pads under funiture legs so they wouldnt scratch wooden legs.

All Dry was quite responsive until the contract was signed then was very difficult to communicate with. In addition, their scheduling seemed to be "as available". In their defense, there was quite a bit of work following Issac, but still, they were not very responsive. Moisture remediation is a nice word for demolition -- in their efforts to remediate moisture in the sheetrock and insulation there was damage to unrelated areas include a broken window and damaged sheetrock. Following completion of the job, they left wet trash that had to be removed. When the job was physically completed, the paperwork to this day is not finished to our satisfaction. When we received their bill it was twice that of the estimate without justification -- this was easily corrected with one discussion. While the job is finished and their bill is paid, we have still not received a "paid in full" receipt. Something was have asked for a couple of times. Needless to say, paperwork is not their strength. Overall I would rate their performance was adequate.

So, I used Angie's List to find a reputable carpet cleaner. Nata's rose to the top and I decided to give them a call, even though Ponchatoula was not listed in the service area. Joe Nata answered the phone and was very engaging. Turns out he has a soft spot for Ponchatoula, and welcomed the opportunity to help me with my carpet cleaning needs. First of all, he explained both of the pricing packages and what is included in each. He also asked me how soon I needed the service done. Well, with the holidays around the corner my answer was, "As soon as you can fit me in!" I expected that with the extra travel time, i might need to wait. I did...only until the next week (and that was only because I was traveling and wouldn't be there the week I called). Very friendly and helpful. So, today his crew arrived. I had planned on their arrival around noon. I got a call around 10am, saying they would be able to arrive earlier than planned! Wowzers! When has that EVER occurred to you? A call from a service company wanting to arrive EARLIER, not later?! I was impressed. Ryan and Anthony arrived and quickly assessed the situation and laid out some realistic expectations regarding some of my stains. They also took care to determine what kind of material my throw rugs were made of (mostly wool) to ensure that they would not harm them. We discussed pricing and options (Scotchguarding). I felt as though their guidance regarding what I would consider up-sell services was super fair, and not awkward at all. I elected to forgo Scotchguarding on all but my worst carpeting (which happens to be downstairs). Work was done in about 2 hours on 4 large rooms and about 6 large rugs. Very satisfied :)

TheThey were to arrive about 530p but were about 30 minutes late, however, they called to say they were stuck in traffic. They did an excellent job on the carpt and furniture. The carpet was awlful and hadn't been cleaned before I moved into the house I'm renting. They went over everything with me upon their arrival before they started the work. They were very detailed. They did an excellent job and were very nice and courteous. I'd have them back.l

Provider was on-time and carpet was cleaned to my satisfaction.

Joe Nata was very responsive in returning my call. We did have a mix up in getting someone out here to give me a quote on the cleaning but he apologized for that and sent someone out as soon as he was able to. The price he quoted was very reasonable for the work that was done. He also quoted a price for laying down new padding in each bedroom and I was actually charged less because the material did not cost as much as he thought it would. On the day of the cleaning, the employees arrived and began pulling out the carpet and the old padding right away. They worked very quickly and professionally. Another employee came and cleaned the sofa while the carpets were being laid back down and restretched. The sofa looked much better after it was clean - not perfect - but I was not expecting that - it does look much better than before it was cleaned. The employees finished laying down the new pad, the carpet, then they cleaned the carpet and it looked wonderful. They were probably here for about three to three and a half hours. Joe Nata also came by and made sure that everything was going well and that there were no problems. I did not have the slate tile floor cleaned at the time - have to wait on that - but will definitely be calling Joe Nata to clean it when I can fit it in the budget! I recommend Nata to anyone who wants a job well done.

The company arrived on time. our serviceman was polite, and explained the procedure step by step so I would have an approximate finish time. All the info I received was accurate.

Never used their service before, but due to reviews on Angie's List, I chose them, and I'm really glad I did! They were professional and friendly.Carpet cleaning was perfomed quickly and efficiently in four bedrooms, landing and stairs. The carpets look like new - I had forgotten how good they can look. The cost was within normal ranges for this service and well worth it. All in all, my experience was A+ and will definitely use them the next time carpets need cleaning.

Went well. The guy could've moved a few items instead of taking the lazy way. Also, he must've dropped a lamp because the shade is totally off kilter now. To be fair, the shade wasn't perfect per- cleaning but, now it's done for. Not a huge deal to me I just wish the guy would've been honest & told me.

Overall, very pleased with this company! Will use again and will recommend him to friends.

I called Nata's Carpet Care to make an appointment for carpet cleaning. I had never used their service before, but due to reviews on Angie's List, I chose them, and I'm really glad I did! My appointment was scheduled for 9 AM, and at exactly 9 AM, Joe and Ryan arrived. They were professional and friendly. Joe explained what was going to be done, and the cleaning was done quickly and efficiently. The carpets look like new - I had forgotten how good they had looked when they were installed - and was very pleasantly surprised to see them looking that good again. The cost was within normal ranges for this service and well worth it. Joe even reminded me of a coupon I could use off of Angie's List, which I had printed out but actually had forgotten to mention when I went to pay the bill. I thought that was an extremely nice gesture. All in all, my experience was A+ and I would definitely use them the next time I need carpets cleaned.

The work was never done because owner became offended when I asked about process.

The technician (Ryan) was punctual and professional and performed a very thorough job. He inspected the floor for trouble spots, then gave it a thorough vacuuming before he began the actual cleaning process. He was very knowledgeable and answered all questions that I had. He even came back out a couple of days to touch up a couple of spots that I had concerns about. (This is not to say that the spots weren't cleaned correctly the first time; they were. I am just extremely "OCD" and wanted them to be touched up some more.) The price was more than fair--the best I've seen, actually--and I plan to hire Nata for all my future carpet cleanings. (I get my carpets cleaned twice per year.) I highly recommend this company!

I had a toilet overflow in the unit above my condo about three weeks ago. After getting a mold test and discovering moisture in the ceiling, I called AllDry as well as 3 or 4 other companies. AllDry came out and gave me a free estimate after the mold report was emailed to them. I had one other company give me an estimate as well after providing the mold report to them. AllDry started the job the day after I accepted their bid. Their crew of three was very professional and explained the mold remediation process to me. They answered any questions I had as they were working and were always polite as well. It took two days to complete the job; they left the HEPA air scrubber and humidifiers for two more days. They also vacuumed the whole condo with the HEPA vac. Then they wiped the whole condo down with Sporciidin wipes. There was also a fogging process. Even with all the heavy equipment, they did not damage any walls or my wood flooring. They also did an excellent job cleaning up after the job wae finished. Before I had the drywall rehung, the owner came out and inspected the job to make sure the work had been done correctly. I am not one to write reviews and this is actually a first, but AllDry did a truly professional job. I would recommend their services to any one considering doing mold or water damage remediation work.

I called Joe at Nata Carpet Care to make an appointment for my 1st ever use of professional carpet cleaning. He was personable, and advised me to get any high dusting done first (e.g., ceiling fan blades) prior to getting my carpets cleaned. I was given an appt for the next week (well before my spring out of town guests were due to arrive) Ryan called me about an hour before our 1:30pm appointment, to inform me that he was running late and would arrive at 2:15p. This was ok, as I needed more time to pick up household miscellaneous items on the floors ( + 14 file boxes stacked 2 or 3 deep along my home office walls!). Upon arrival, I was greeted pleasantly and he asked first to survey all rooms to be treated. We walked through the house together - I had a new puppy for the last 18 months, who "baptized" all my new carpet installed post-Katrina! Plus, damage from a hot water heater spill last fall that leaked water into the TV area adjacent to the kitchen; and 20 year old carpeting in the bedrooms. We discussed the wear patterns on the carpet landing as well. He explained the services to be provided & my price options; we decided on full house carpet cleaning, and scotch guarding for only the 3 rooms on 1st floor - the premium package. (Alas, scotch guarding does not repel dust, only spills!) We also discussed my request for carpet stretching in the master bedroom. He explained that carpet stretching would be a separate visit and the pricing would be per square yard of carpet. I decided against it, as he explained that the whole 2nd floor needed to be stretched as the carpet was continguous. I appreciated the time he took to listen to my concerns & fully explain my choices and options. Ryan started on the uppermost floors, vacuuming all areas. He moved various small items and, on the 1st floor, stacked my dining chairs for ease of access under the table. The hose for the cleaning stretched from the truck up to the 2nd floor. It was hooked along the railing, so I could still use the stairs. I retreated downstairs to stay out of his way. He was thorough and quick. The carpets looked wonderful! The carpeted side wall closets with no items on the floor were done as well. The cleaning went in about 4 inches under the beds. The upstairs landing & hall along the closets to the master bath & vanity area - which showcased 20 year old carpet spots I never could get out -- were all immaculate when he finished. I am so very pleased! I found the cost reasonable for the work & results EXCELLENT along with a clean spring smell! Small plastic paper squares were left under the large chair legs & coffee table in the front room. A chair with "sleigh legs" in the TV room now has small 2 in. squares tucked under it to lift it off the floor for ease of carpet drying under it. The entire process took about 2 hours. (Next time, I'll get my house cleaning & dusting done 1st! ) Thanks so much, Nata!!

I had no idea whose carpet cleaning service to use since you use this service so infrequently. So I joined Angies list to see if they had some recommendations. I read the reviews and saw that this company was local to the North shore and had a lot of good reviews. I contacted NATA and was handled very professionally. I asked when was the soonest he could come out and he made arrangements to come in 3 days - after hours - 7 pm to handle my urgent request. Got a call in the afternoon of the service date, asking if they could perform the service at 6 pm since they had finished early at a previous job. This was great. I asked him to let himself into the condo and begin work as I would be about 15 minutes late. BY the time I arrive at 6:20 - he was halfway way through cleaning the house. He explained to me that he vacuums the residence first ( even if they owner says they have vacuumed) to remove the ground in debris so that the wet/dry solution will have an easier time lifting the rest. My carpets looked OK- before the cleaning and had some darkened traffic areas that I was afraid would not clean to match the rest of the carpet. WOW - not only did those ground in traffic areas look great but I did not realize how dirty the rest of the carpet was until I saw the clean and dirty sections side by side. I would highly recommend this company - for all residential and commercial carpet cleaning needs. I asked him to give me his cards for the real estate company who is showing my property. This service is a must for homeowners or rental owners who want there property to look spectacular for prospective buyers or renters. I would rate them AAA+ - great service, and very reasonably priced. Could not have done this with a Home Depot carpet cleaning rental. They show up - they get it done and it looks great.
