Joe, the owner, was very personable and responsive from the first call. He answered all of my calls promptly and was very flexible in working with me to schedule an appointment. Joe and his worker called ahead to say they were caught in traffic and would be 20 minutes late. I appreciated there calling ahead to alert me of their delay. Once they arrived they immediately got to work. They worked quickly and were in and out. I think the carpet came out pretty good considering the wear and abuse it has been through. My only complaint was an area at the threshold of one of the closed which was a bit lifted and not tacked down very well. Joe explained that he didn't have a glue strip that would work in that area on the truck, and suggested I use a household glue gun to taper it down.

When we initially called to get all the info, Joe Nata, the owner, answered the phone and then answered all questions. Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We had to cancel 1st appt. due to a family conflict, but Joe rescheduled us with ease. Ryan was sent to our home to take care of the cleaning and could not have been more professional. He arrived right on time. Not only did he want to do a great job for us, he seemed very enthusiastic and knowledgeable regarding some areas of concern with our carpet. He worked diligently, and honestly, our carpet has never looked better. It is white/beige berber carpet. We have lived in our home for over 10 years, and we are grateful that Angie's list led us to this company (which we never would have known about without it). If we get this outstanding service every time, we will use Nata forever. I know it sounds a bit over the top, but we found the company, staff and work to be a real standout.

This is the second time I have used Nata for my carpet cleaning and both times I have been extremely impressed with the work. They have a very high level of customer service and are very professional. Ryan performed the services both times and I can't say enough about happy I am with the service. I had used another carpet cleaner in June, one that I had used before NATA. I mistakenly found their information and thought I was calling NATA carpet cleaners. When the man arrived, I knew immediately that I had made a mistake but it was done and I went ahead with it. I have some old pet stains, only two, but they resurface after a while. Otherwise, the carpet looks brand new. It was a visiting relative's dog...long story. Anyway, the other company cleaned my carpet. It stayed wet and sticky which I did not like ,and although the pet stains disappeared, they very quickly returned. I went back to Angie's List and found that the cleaner I had intended to use was NATA and I immediately called and set an appointment. These cleaners cannot be beat. They are the best. Quick, efficient, and the carpet is almost dry with no residue when they leave. I have only had the carpet cleaned recently so can't say how long before the doggie stains resurface, but the last time NATA cleaned my carpet, it took almost a year before there were any traces. I know I will have to eventually replace the carpet, but there are heavy pieces of furniture, etc., and the carpet still looks great....except those two darn stains. Anyway, I wanted to share because a lot of people have pets and just know the stains will eventually come back, but these cleaning professionals will give you many, many months of clean-looking carpet.

Absolutely spectacular. Responded immediately to my coupon, gave me time I wanted within less than one week of purchase. Prompt, professional and courteous service person performed miracles on this old, stained carpet that had not been professionally cleaned in three years. He explained everything he would do, moved all of the furniture, made little noise, and restored this dingy carpet to a virtually stain-free and fragrant color I had not seen since moving in to this rental in 2007!!!! The best carpet cleaning ever and for a remarkable price with Angie's List coupon. I cannot give high enough review.

I called Nata out on a Wednesday for a Friday job. I was in a real bind since I was trying to get my mom and dad's Capet cleaned before some family from out of town came in. The guys came out promptly and completed the job quickly and efficiently. They did a great job on the carpet and added deodorizer for free. I can't say enough about the job they did, and I will definitely use them again.

Called and said that he'd like to come earlier than the appointment time - I said sure. they weren't able to rescue the carpet, but at least got the smell out. I figured I had to replace the carpet anyway, but I couldn't live with the nastiness until the new carpet got here. very nice guy, professional and prompt.

Nata showed up on time with a 2-person crew. They were efficient and fast, using new machinery which is operated directly from their truck curbside. They took time to put pads under the feet of the furniture. Overall we are very pleased.

I bought this car used from a family with two young children, so the carpet was full of stains. Joe came to my house to do the job with a young assistant. He treated the stains and did a great job getting them out. Very personal and great service! I like that Joe Nata himself is personally involved with his service.

My experience was just as good as described in those outstanding reviews. From the initial phone call to inquire about the service through completion, it was a positive experience. Joe and his crew arrived on time and began working. They did have a problem in moving the king size bed in the master bedroom in that the knocked a fist size hole in the wall. Joe immediately told us about it and called to schedule someone to come out to repair the damage. Joe and his crew managed to move all the furniture, stretch and clean the carpet, and replace the furniture by the end of the day without further incident. The entire crew was back the next day to do the tile and grout, and arrived on time as scheduled. The man Joe had called to repair the drywall also came out, looked at the damage, and asked if he could come Monday to repair the wall, to which we agreed as the next day was Sunday. Joe Nata and his crew were very professional in the way they went about doing their job, and the way they conducted themselves. It was obvious that they were very experienced and competent in this type of work. We were quite pleased overall. The carpet looks almost new with no more wrinkles, and the tile grout looks as it did when it was first installed. The price was quite fair, and the 10% discount for mentioning Angie's List didn't hurt either. When the carpet needs cleaning again, we know to call Joe.

2 men showed up on time. Carpets in 3 bedrooms, hall, area rug, living room and office were vacuumed. Stains were treated and carpets cleaned. The job was above my expectations and the men were very professional and courteous. I would definitely have Nato clean my carpets again and recommend them to do the job to others. The job was done in a timely manner.

We had just recently purchased the house and moved in. Three days after moving in my wife and i noticed a small patch of black mold coming from behind a light fixture in the bathroom. We also began to notice a foul, musty smell in the adjacent laundry room. i removed the light fixture and cut a small hole in the wall in the laundry room and found mold in both locations. After getting several estimates we decided to go with All Dry. The job took about two weeks and involved gutting approximately 20% of the interior of the house.it also included several plumbing repairs and sealing the slab in at least five locations. ( the idiot that built the house punched 3, 12"x12" holes in the slab to reroute plumbing and didn't think it would be important to seal them.) The crew was on time and cleaned up at the end of every single day. Also, the owner called me personally almost every evening to ensure i was satisfied with the work and progress. I should also mention that my wife gave birth to our second child during this process and All Dry didn't miss a beat. They finished on time and very close to the originally quoted price. As a gesture of gratitude for choosing All Dry the owner sent over a cleaning lady when the work was complete and she cleaned the house from top to bottom just to ensure that the baby had a clean and fresh house to come home to. Customer service, job performance, and knowledge were all off the charts. If you need mold remediation i highly recommend All Dry.

Two individuals came on time. I don't remember their names, both males. We discussed a problem area where my older dog has urinated on a 100% wool carpet. They expressed skepticism that the stain(s) would be removed and they were not. I was perhaps hoping for a miracle, but I found out an since have replaced the area rug with a synthetic one which cleans much easier. In fact, my dog has already christened it, and the stain came right off with just Dawn and a little damp rag. The other carpet in the den came out as new. That carpet is a synthetic and all the stains came out and remain out and it is now the end of January. In the past, stains have been removed but creep back in a few weeks. I feel confident they won't reappear as enough time has lapsed. A note to dog owners: Do not, do not underline buy wool carpets if you even think your dog might have an accident. Some dogs are well trained but then as they age they cannot maintain the same control. Just a word to the wise, as I spent a good deal for what was labeled an "indoor/outdoor" carpet but which looks excellent, like sissal, and has neatly bound and finished edging and no one would guess. But some of us have to live and learn, including me.
