+ -1 moreTheir response time is immediate and all of the employees that I've been in contact with have been very professional and courteous.
Description of Work: APS was chosen to install complete security system when we moved to New Orleans area in 2004. Now utilize their service at 3 residential locations. My pocket remotes work at all 3 locations. Their "pendant" for EMS/Police alarm can be programed to work at all locations as well.
