My husband and I are very pleased with our new gas logs. We converted our fireplace from regular wood to gas logs. The service was great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The job was done very professionally. We have used their service for about 5 1/2 years now getting our chimney cleaned and inspected. We have always been very satisfied with their service. One thing for sure is they always make sure you are happy and satisfied with the job they performed.

It went well. I highly recommend them.

It was a stressful experience only because we were closing but the work was down as quickly as possible.

Excellent. Quick efficient service and the technician answered all my questions. Happy to see they follow safety procedures and take pains to prevent damage or clean up following their services! Will start a fire tomorrow night and hope that all goes better with a clean flue and stack!

Made appointment, got email reminder day before, they called a half hour before arriving to confirm that someone was home, arrived/introduced themselves and went to work. Explained what was dirty and reassured that everything was in good shape. No safety issues noted. It was a pleasure doing business with these guys.

They arrived on time, very knowledgeable of chimneys. They fixed the leaks and replaced some rusted areas. Everything looks so much better and no more leaks from the fireplace

I called and left a message on Tuesday afternoon, they returned my call the next morning, and they were able to come do the work the next day. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I had a cleaning, inspection and a repair of the inside firebox.

I called them and they had a two man crew at my house within two hours. They were very professional, cleaning up after themselves as they worked and left my home CLEANER than when they arrived!!!! Their price was the lowest of the three businesses that I had called to get prices.

Said he would email me an estimate. After a week I called and he said he hadn't gotten to it yet, but would soon. I never heard from him again, in spite of repeated phone calls.

It went well. Got to our home, got on the job and got it done in approx one hour or so.

Services were provided the same day that I talked to the owner as he was in the area supervising another job. He arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner

Noble was a no-show. I called to see if the sweep was running behind on the day of my appointment, and my call was not returned. I called a few days later to reschedule, but, once again, my call was never returned.

Arrived on time and swept chimney in a clean and efficient manner. Fireplace looks great. While they were here he gave me many suggestions on installing an antique free standing fireplace I bought. Would certainly recommend he and his family.

Very honest reputable company to deal with. It was a totally stress free experience and I am well pleased with how I was treated. Mr Norman and his team are true professionals. They arrived promptly for every appt (one to assess the problem and the second to perform the work) and answered my questions thoroughly. I would definitely call on them again. The price was fair and very reasonable.

Excellent. I initially contacted A Noble Sweep Chimney Services via the online form at their website. Even though my inquiry was sent well after 4pm, I received an email response from Mr. Norman Smith very quickly, that same evening. I really appreciate that kind of prompt responsiveness. Mr. Smith and I spoke by telephone the next day, and in no time flat, we'd set an appointment for the inspection...that same day! I did not attend the inspection, but my husband did, and he reports that technician Benjamin was knowledgeable, polite, and very accommodating in terms of explaining his findings to my husband. Those findings will be put into writing, along with an estimate for recommended repairs. This information will prove invaluable to us as we proceed in our negotiations with the seller. If we do wind up buying the house, we will definitely hire A Noble Sweep to perform the needed repairs (and I'll post a follow-up review). But even if we don't buy the house, my husband and I still highly recommend A Noble Sweep Chimney Services. I couldn't be more pleased with every aspect of our encounter with them so far.

Norman came out less than 48 hours after I called. He was punctual, professional and his work was perfect. Thanks for getting my dryer working again!
