I think their price is right on par with everyone else.

We had Bruzeau's come out for an inspection of the a/c on the home we were in the process of purchasing. Jay was very prompt and thourough in his inspection and estimate of the work needed and we felt his estimate was more than fair. The inspection revealed that attic evaporator coils and overflow pan needed replacement as well as repair of the overflow drain line. They also cleaned and serviced the outdoor condenser unit. Once we presented the information to the homeowner he was in complete agreement that the work was needed and had Bruzeau's do the work (which they completed promptly). We were familiar with their company as a result of work done on the home we had been renting at the time.We really appreciate the customer service provided in the quick response time both by Karen, who responded to our initial phone call, and Jay, who took the time out of a busy holiday schedule, to provide us with an inspection and estimate within the timeframe required by our home purchase contract and are more than satisfied with the workmanship provided. It allowed us to go to closing on our new home as planned..

Arrived within the time I was told he would arrive. Checked the unit in the attic, cleared the drain line, checked the unit inside and out. Friendly, dependable, fair, and above all honest. I have dealt with these folks for about 9 years and they are top notch. We have actually become friends now! Great people.
