Excellent-I always use Joel and Brandon for any Plumbing needs. Joel is a Master Plumber and he has been training Brandon for years! He Charged me $160.00 to install a new Kohler toilet including a new stainless connector line and takeaway of the old toilet.

Joel did an excellent job inspecting, locating exactly where the problem was and fixing it. My husband was "impressed" and he doesn't give that complement too often. Joel is an expert in his field and loves his job. We are very happy to give him a high recommendation.

Great. He fixed everything and since the water heater problem was not a big issue, he didn't charge for it.

? had an estimate on ($1500) 1st extending drain line in my kichen by 10 ft 2nd 2 x rotten pop up drain replacement with new stoppers 3rd my shower faucet needed to be flushed to the wall. ( the copper tube is longer so faucet is sticking out like an inch) Paid him before he finished the job and he didnt install my stoppers and didnt touch my shower faucet. We both had agreed to finish the job few weeks after when i have a future job for him.. Later i called him for a quote on another job and i didnt like how much he was charging me, so i rejected the offer. However, asked him to come and finish the job he was paid for. He was scheduled that morning between 8:30 9:00. ? arrived to my house at 8:45 and he was gone. He shut the water while waiting and didnt even bother to open it back on prior leaving. ? called him 8:50 and he said he would call me back and it was 2 months ago. Never pay him in advance before finishing the job! Very unprofesdional on his side.

Excellent. Fast and efficient. No short cuts were taken. All pipe was hung from slab with stainless steel strap. When the job was completed, inspections and clean up was swiftly completed.

He is very good and very reasonable. His name is Joel. He drove 25 miles across the lake to come over and there might have a small fee for that. He is a master plumber. He knows what he is doing and we had him back again to do the laundry room sink. He had this awesome stuff to adjust the height. He is really good unlike the other plumber we had. He is busy a lot of time. I will use them in the future. He does not normally work in the North Shore but he has some friends here that if they recommend him he will come over. He does a lot of stuff in New Orleans.
