The guys showed up at 8am and worked all day. Other than the noise which is expected when removing and replacing a shingled roof. They cleaned up everything perfectly and were completely finished within a day and a half. We love the roof and on top the the excellent service Diaz was the best price we were quoted.

We chose Diaz Roofing based on the fact that they hand nail the roofs they install and after meeting with Dennis. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Our roof was just completed and we are very satisfied with the results. Dennis definitely takes pride in his work and stands behind it. We did not have any issues with the installation. His crew was prompt and punctual, quick to answer all our questions, and made sure to clean up after themselves every day. Dennis made sure we were completely satisfied at the completion of the job. He did all of the leg work and preperation. He was supervising the job most of the time. He was punctual and finished the job on time. His estimate was fair and the final cost did not vary. The roofing ended up to have manufactures defect. He told me that I had a good claim and assisted me in my claim. I will use him for my replacement roof.

Denis Diaz did my gable roofing almost eight years ago. I was very satisfied with the quality, timeliness and price of the job. At the time he was recommended by a friend. This time, I have problems and need a large flat roof replacement. I called he out for an assessment. He recommended what type of roof would fit my needs and the process it would take to tear off and replace rotted wood before a new one could be installed. He was also concerned about some apparent structural issues and wanted to check with his structural carpenter prior to giving me an assessment. He left and said he would be in touch soon. He called early the following week and said that he would bring his carpenter out the same morning. I agreed and they both showed up and conferred on what needed to be done. They explained somewhat in detail and told me about how long the job would take and would get back with me with estimates. Since I have two A/C compressors on the flat roof, he called his A/C guy and asked him to see when he could come out to see about removing and replacing the units. The A/C guy called me right after Denis Diaz left and we set up an appointment to have he look at his part of the job. W e set the appointment right then. I am confident that Denis will see the job through satisfactorily.

Great company to do business with! I called numerous companies to come out to give me quotes on replacing my roof. I have a house with an unsusual roofing configuration and did a lot of research online prior to getting the estimates. I choose Diaz Roofing because they met all of my requirements (time in business, references, licensed/insured, labor guarantee, etc.) and the price was acceptable! The roofers showed up on time and did an excellent job! I was home during the week so I was able to keep an eye on the work. They took care to minimize any damage on my landscaping by putting up protective coverings. They took their time to do quality work. I had lots of questions about each areas of the roof and Dennis Diaz (owner) answered all the questions to my satistaction. Some parts of the roof needed extra attention because of the different pitches and the way that two roof met together in the valleys and they addressed each and every problem area. They cleaned up after each day and did a final, thorough sweeping on the final day. I would highly recommend this company!
