My son told me to have them fix the pipe outside of the bathroom and it shouldn't have been a big issue. When I came to check they had removed the toilet and I told him that was not necessary. It wasn't even correct bathroom that needed fixed. He also proceeded to rent equipment for this project and charged me for it without my authorization.
Description of Work: I called them because the drain in my main bathroom was running slow.

It took from Monday until Thursday afternoon for them to arrive to check out my leaky pipe under the house. The service representative told me he wasn't thin enough to get under the house so he would go back and tell his boss to send one of the skinnier guys. No one showed up Friday. Monday morning I called and was told that the only skinny guy they had was an electrician and besides he was out sick on Friday. When I asked why no one bothered to call me back the reply was "sorry about that". In the meantime my small leak had begun to saturate my bedroom carpet. I would never recommend them to anyone. Ever!
