Zsa Zsa Professional House Cleaning Service

We made initial contact through the Angie's List website facility. They were very pleasant and professional, and appeared knowledgeable about their services, and they understood what we were looking for. After we made an appointment for the evaluation, they had to reschedule the time and day. When they did arrive, they conducted a thorough walk-through, asked pertinent questions and understood our requirements, and made sure that we understood what to expect from the housecleaning. We found the price that they quoted to be not competitive. Their business is geared toward a single heavy cleaning, followed by a contract schedule of ongoing cleanings. That is not what we were after, so the fit was not quite right for us.

Should have done it myself. Vacuum marks in carpet, OK. Kitchen...moved stuff around, did a little dusting. Bathroom...smeared the little grime there was. I'm not a slob...I just didn't have a vacuum cleaner and I thought a little pep-up of the place would make it a little more homey. Sore disappoint!

They told us how much it would be and we realized that was not what we wanted. I don't recall the price. It was a few hundred dollars. The interaction was fine. We just decided to do the work ourselves.

Called in AM, was able to come out that afternoon. Was on time and worked diligently. Wouldn't hesitate to use her again.

The job that she did was good, but I didn't like the way that she finish. She had some trash on the floor and the time had expired, and she call out and ask if I wanted her to stop where the time had run out or did I want to pay for additional time. So I told her that I had never experience that before. ( I told her I have clean a few houses in my life time, and I never saw that before. You would not pick up the trash on the floor because the time has run out. Well, Well, Well. I paid for the additional hour and she continue. I didn't know I had hired a machine that would have done that. Stop when the time runs out. That was the time before the last time. The last time when she arrive, she said she was not going to be able to charge me the same amount, she would need to charge me more. She would do me a favor this time but, after this time the price would be different. So I told her I would not think she is doing me a favor at $15 an hour. I am paying for this. I told her she did not need to do the cleaning this time. So she said ok and she left. Thanks for giving me a chance to let you know how that day went.

She is very concerned with doing the job well. Very trustworthy.

Extremely well!! Zsa Zsa was superb--so easy to work with, very thorough, punctual, multi-talented, with a very positive personality and can do attitude. Nothing was too hard for her and she was willing to do WHATEVER we needed! Highly recommend Zsa Zsa!!

Zsa Zsa is a pleasant person and is very professional. She arrives on time and does excellent work. I described what I wanted her to do the first time and she has consistently done a good job. She has cleaned my house three times so far and I have been very pleased with her work. If I were to give Zsa Zsa an overall rating it would be an A+. P.S. I live upstairs in a small house. I have approximately 1000-1100 square feet. The cost for a larger house would probably be more.

At first it started out well, she showed up on time with her daughters, but one of the problem was that her daughters were not experienced or eager to do the work. Otherwise, in the beginning, she went the extra mileand mdash;we needed someone to take care of painting too and she found someone to do that work for us. We were trying to sell the house and we were getting ready to leave town but she didn't show up to do the job and didn't apologize, didn't return my messages, and just disappeared. She left me in the lurch and I had to find someone else to do the work. She went from an A to and F, it was very strange.

I have had Zsa Zsa clean my home three times to date. I needed to change the date twice and she was able to work with me. Zsa Zsa is very pleasant, listens to what my priorities are each time she comes and will ask me if there is anything else I need before she goes. She is a pleasure to work with.

She did a very good job. I was happy with the work she did and her schedule was very flexible.

Zsa Zsa offers a first-class housecleaning service. She follows my directions perfectly and cleans my house from top to bottom until it is spotless. She arrives on time and performs the work within the time limit specified.
